改性蒙脫土催化油酸甲酯化的研究

【摘要】:采用浸漬法制備了改性對(duì)甲苯磺酸-蒙脫土固體酸催化劑,并將其應(yīng)用于油酸與甲醇酯化制備油酸甲酯的反應(yīng)體系中。通過(guò)對(duì)改性固體酸催化劑進(jìn)行粉末衍射(XRD)、傅里葉紅外光譜(FT-IR)、掃描電鏡(SEM)等表征技術(shù)發(fā)現(xiàn),制備得到的改性固體酸為分散的小塊片狀結(jié)構(gòu),比表面積得到增加。此外,考察了催化劑用量、油酸與甲醇物質(zhì)的量之比、反應(yīng)溫度及時(shí)間等因素對(duì)油酸轉(zhuǎn)化率的影響。數(shù)據(jù)顯示:在催化劑用量0.25 g、油酸與甲醇物質(zhì)的量之比1∶10、反應(yīng)溫度70℃、反應(yīng)時(shí)間3 h的條件下,油酸轉(zhuǎn)化率為65.6%,且該催化劑適用于其它一些游離脂肪酸酯化及非糧油料預(yù)酯化反應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:The modified p-toluenesulfonic acid-montmorillonite solid acid catalyst was prepared by impregnation method and was applied to the esterification of oleic acid with methanol to prepare methyl oleate. The modified solid acid catalyst was characterized by powder diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). In addition, the effects of the amount of catalyst, the ratio of oleic acid to methanol, the reaction temperature and time on the conversion of oleic acid were investigated.
