【摘要】：隨著社會(huì)不斷發(fā)展,對(duì)油氣資源的需求也不斷增強(qiáng),我國(guó)石油進(jìn)口依賴程度已經(jīng)超過(guò)了百分之五十。由于剩余儲(chǔ)量開(kāi)采難度的增加,石油企業(yè)的發(fā)展越來(lái)越依賴于技術(shù)創(chuàng)新。因此,石油企業(yè)只有提升技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力,才能增強(qiáng)企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)。目前,國(guó)外石油企業(yè)的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力仍然處于領(lǐng)先地位,我國(guó)石油企業(yè)必須加快技術(shù)創(chuàng)新步伐,提高技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力,從而在激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中拓寬生存和發(fā)展空間�；谏鲜霰尘�,本文將以長(zhǎng)慶油田技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力提升為研究對(duì)象,通過(guò)對(duì)其技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力的綜合評(píng)價(jià),提出長(zhǎng)慶油田技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力提升的戰(zhàn)略與實(shí)施建議。本文的基本框架是:首先,在對(duì)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新及其能力提升相關(guān)理論與方法綜述的基礎(chǔ)上,闡述了影響技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力的因素、技術(shù)創(chuàng)新過(guò)程以及技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力的評(píng)價(jià)方法;其次,根據(jù)理論研究的結(jié)論和長(zhǎng)慶油田技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的實(shí)際情況,構(gòu)建了長(zhǎng)慶油田技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力的綜合評(píng)價(jià)體系,并利用層次分析法和模糊評(píng)價(jià)法對(duì)長(zhǎng)慶油田技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力進(jìn)行了實(shí)證評(píng)價(jià);最后,作為最終的研究成果,即根據(jù)綜合評(píng)價(jià)的結(jié)果,提出了長(zhǎng)慶油田技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力提升的戰(zhàn)略及其實(shí)施建議。在論文的結(jié)論部分,對(duì)本文的研究過(guò)程與取得成果進(jìn)行了總結(jié),并提出了論文后續(xù)研究的方向。
[Abstract]:With the development of society and the increasing demand for oil and gas resources, China's dependence on oil imports has exceeded 50%. Due to the increasing difficulty of remaining reserves exploitation, the development of petroleum enterprises is more and more dependent on technological innovation. Therefore, oil enterprises can only enhance their technological innovation ability to enhance their competitive advantage. At present, the technological innovation ability of foreign oil enterprises is still in the leading position. Our petroleum enterprises must speed up the pace of technological innovation, improve the technological innovation ability, so as to broaden the space for survival and development in the fierce market competition. Based on the above background, this paper will take the technical innovation ability of Changqing Oilfield as the research object, through the comprehensive evaluation of its technical innovation ability, put forward the strategy and implementation suggestion of the technical innovation ability of Changqing Oilfield. The basic framework of this paper is as follows: firstly, on the basis of summarizing the relevant theories and methods of technological innovation and its ability enhancement, this paper expounds the factors that affect the technological innovation ability, the process of technological innovation and the evaluation method of technological innovation ability. According to the conclusion of theoretical research and the actual situation of technical innovation in Changqing Oilfield, a comprehensive evaluation system of technological innovation ability of Changqing Oilfield is constructed. Finally, as the final research result, according to the results of comprehensive evaluation, the paper makes an empirical evaluation on the technological innovation ability of Changqing Oilfield by using the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy evaluation method. This paper puts forward the strategy of improving the technical innovation ability of Changqing Oilfield and its implementation suggestions. In the conclusion part, the research process and achievements are summarized, and the direction of further research is put forward.
