貴州松河龍?zhí)睹合捣浅R?guī)天然氣儲(chǔ)層強(qiáng)化機(jī)理與工藝

【摘要】:煤層群發(fā)育區(qū)煤層氣開發(fā)技術(shù)具有其特殊性,煤層群的發(fā)育特征及其賦存的地質(zhì)環(huán)境深刻影響了煤儲(chǔ)層的可改造性。煤層氣及其層間砂巖氣疊合成藏的資源賦存特征,決定了儲(chǔ)層強(qiáng)化工藝的多選性和復(fù)雜性。本文以煤層群發(fā)育的典型地區(qū)-貴州省盤江礦區(qū)松河井田龍?zhí)睹合捣浅R?guī)天然氣藏為研究對象,在煤儲(chǔ)層地質(zhì)背景、煤儲(chǔ)層基礎(chǔ)地質(zhì)參數(shù)和開發(fā)工程探索試驗(yàn)研究的基礎(chǔ)上,以地質(zhì)分析方法為主要手段,研究了煤層氣開發(fā)地質(zhì)特征和儲(chǔ)層特征,建立了煤層氣開發(fā)的地質(zhì)模型,闡明了煤層群條件下煤層氣開發(fā)地質(zhì)條件與開發(fā)工程的適配性,分析了基于開發(fā)地質(zhì)模型和工程技術(shù)原理的儲(chǔ)層強(qiáng)化機(jī)理與工藝,構(gòu)建了煤層群發(fā)育區(qū)儲(chǔ)層強(qiáng)化關(guān)鍵技術(shù),形成了本地化的開發(fā)工程技術(shù)體系。研究表明:研究區(qū)龍?zhí)睹合档貙泳哂谐瑝、過飽和的儲(chǔ)層特征;“復(fù)雜、高、寬、短、多”是研究區(qū)典型壓裂裂縫形態(tài)特征,而煤巖宏觀裂隙、地應(yīng)力、煤體結(jié)構(gòu)、煤巖力學(xué)性質(zhì)、射孔參數(shù)、隔夾層力學(xué)性質(zhì)等是影響其發(fā)育的內(nèi)在因素,工程施工是影響其發(fā)育的外在因素;采用小層射孔、分段壓裂、投球封堵、機(jī)械填砂的壓裂工藝、射孔煤層16孔/m、砂巖層32孔/m、弱酸化壓裂液配方、多粒徑類型多級加砂工藝、壓裂液優(yōu)化配比等工藝技術(shù)能夠顯著提高煤儲(chǔ)層壓裂效果;從地質(zhì)制約和工程控制兩方面分析和探討了儲(chǔ)層水力壓裂影響因素,藉此建立了一套研究區(qū)煤層群儲(chǔ)層水力壓裂改造地質(zhì)理論和施工參數(shù)體系,構(gòu)建了研究區(qū)的煤儲(chǔ)層水力壓裂工藝技術(shù)。
[Abstract]:The development technology of coalbed methane in the coal seam group development area has its particularity. The development characteristics of the coal seam group and the geological environment in which the coal seam group occurs have a profound impact on the remolding of coal reservoir. The multi-selection and complexity of reservoir strengthening technology are determined by the resource occurrence characteristics of coalbed methane and interbedded sandstone gas stacked reservoirs. This paper takes the unconventional natural gas reservoir of Longtan coal series in Songhe mine field of Panjiang Mining area, Guizhou Province, as the research object. Based on the geological background of coal reservoir, the basic geological parameters of coal reservoir and the exploration and research of development engineering, the paper takes the unconventional natural gas reservoir of Longtan coal series in Panjiang Mining area, Guizhou Province, as the research object. Taking the geological analysis method as the main means, the geological characteristics and reservoir characteristics of coalbed methane development are studied, the geological model of coalbed methane development is established, and the adaptability of coalbed methane development geological condition and development engineering under the condition of coal seam group is expounded. This paper analyzes the reservoir strengthening mechanism and technology based on the development geological model and engineering technology principle, constructs the key technology of reservoir strengthening in the coal seam group development area, and forms a localized development engineering technology system. The results show that the strata of Longtan coal measure have overpressure and supersaturated reservoir characteristics, "complex, high, wide, short and many" are typical fracturing fracture morphological characteristics in the study area, while the macroscopic fractures of coal and rock, ground stress, coal body structure, etc. The mechanical properties of coal and rock, perforation parameters and mechanical properties of intercalation are the internal factors affecting its development, and the engineering construction is the external factor affecting its development, and the fracturing technology of small layer perforation, segmental fracturing, ball plugging and mechanical sand filling is adopted. The fracturing effect of coal reservoir can be improved by 16 holes / m in perforated coal seam, 32 holes / m in sandstone layer, the formulation of weak acid fracturing fluid, the multi-stage sand adding process with multi-particle size type and the optimized proportion of fracturing fluid. This paper analyzes and discusses the influencing factors of reservoir hydraulic fracturing from two aspects of geological restriction and engineering control, and establishes a set of geological theory and operation parameter system of hydraulic fracturing modification of coal seam group reservoir in the study area. The hydraulic fracturing technology of coal reservoir in the study area was constructed.
