超聲波輔助強(qiáng)氧化劑解除凝膠堵塞實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:研究了超聲波輔助強(qiáng)氧化劑對(duì)Cr~(3+)/HPAM凝膠體系解堵降粘的效果及機(jī)理。結(jié)果表明,超聲波處理后,凝膠的降粘率可達(dá)99.95%,與強(qiáng)氧化劑單獨(dú)降解相比,凝膠的交聯(lián)節(jié)點(diǎn)更為疏松,空間層狀密集結(jié)構(gòu)受到了更嚴(yán)重的破壞,且Cr(Ⅲ)低聚物單體與聚丙烯酰胺單體顯著增多,聚集體明顯減少。模擬驅(qū)替實(shí)驗(yàn)中,超聲波輔助強(qiáng)氧化劑解除凝膠堵塞作用明顯,滲透率恢復(fù)率達(dá)到38.9%,超聲波與強(qiáng)氧化劑間的協(xié)同作用對(duì)凝膠降解促進(jìn)明顯,具有實(shí)用性意義。
