單層攪拌槳的流動與混合性能研究
[Abstract]:In this paper, the flow field structure, power number, cycle efficiency and mixing time of three blade airfoil propeller (3H) and three concave blade wing propeller (3CH) and three kinds of four-blade 45 擄inclined blade propeller with four diameters are analyzed. Through the analysis of the five blades, it is found that the power number of the wing propeller is much lower than that of the oblique blade propeller, but its cycle efficiency is much higher than that of the inclined blade propeller. The higher the blade diameter is, the lower the blade diameter is, and the higher the operating power number is. 3H blade and 3CH blade provide high axial main flow velocity at lower power consumption, and the flow pattern is relatively simple. At the same speed, the turbulence of the propeller with oblique blades is more intense. The mixing time between the .3H and 3CH propeller is sensitive to the input power, and the structure of the constant flow field increases with the increase of blade diameter, such as the linear vortex, the swirl and the secondary flow. The mixing time of 3H and 3CH blades can be shortened rapidly by increasing the input power. When the inclined blade is mixed and stirred, the power consumed by the small diameter propeller to achieve the same mixing effect is lower, but the influence of the flow field in the slot will also change.
