大型鉆井變橢圓軌跡振動篩計算機仿真及設(shè)計因素影響規(guī)律研究

【摘要】:基于某型號變橢圓軌跡振動篩,分析了變橢圓軌跡振動篩的工作原理,編寫了Matlab計算程序,對于原始設(shè)計參數(shù)進(jìn)行了運動學(xué)仿真,包括運動軌跡、拋擲指數(shù)、橢圓長軸傾角等;進(jìn)一步分析了相位差角、激振力、激振器安裝位置等設(shè)計因素對運動軌跡參數(shù)的影響,重點分析了橢圓長軸傾角及拋擲指數(shù)的變化規(guī)律;對該振動篩提出了激振器合理選擇及安裝位置的建議,并進(jìn)行了計算機仿真。結(jié)果表明,改進(jìn)后的振動篩振動軌跡及運動參數(shù)更加符合設(shè)計要求。文章的研究方法及計算結(jié)果可對實際振動篩的設(shè)計提供一定借鑒和參考。
[Abstract]:Based on a certain type of variable elliptic trajectory vibrating screen, the working principle of the variable elliptic trajectory vibrating screen is analyzed, and the Matlab calculation program is compiled. The kinematics simulation of the original design parameters is carried out, including the motion trajectory, throwing index, obliquity of the long axis of the ellipse, etc. The influence of the design factors such as phase difference angle, exciting force and the installation position of exciter on the motion track parameters is further analyzed, and the variation law of the obliquity of the elliptical long axis and the throwing index are emphatically analyzed. The reasonable selection and installation position of the vibrator are put forward, and the computer simulation is carried out. The results show that the vibration trajectory and motion parameters of the improved vibrating screen are more in line with the design requirements. The research method and calculation results can be used for reference in the design of actual vibrating screen.
