水包油乳液型復合泥餅清除劑的室內(nèi)研究

【摘要】:針對裂縫性致密砂巖儲層存在的高密度油基鉆井液固相顆粒侵入以及泥餅難以清除等問題,開發(fā)出一種高效率、抗高溫、低成本的水包油型復合泥餅清除劑。復合泥餅清除劑由混合酸、抗高溫滲透劑、清洗劑、乳化劑等組成。通過對復合泥餅清除劑——水包油型乳液體系以及新型泥餅清除劑——納米乳液體系的對比研究分析表明,在洗油方面以及溶蝕泥餅結(jié)構方面,復合泥餅清除劑效果優(yōu)于納米乳液。該復合泥餅清除劑的穩(wěn)定性能強,抗溫可達120℃;在靜態(tài)條件下泥餅清除率可以達到90%以上,在動態(tài)條件下清除后巖心滲透率恢復值可以達到89%,最佳作業(yè)時間為8 h。在目前求降本增效的形勢下,該復合泥餅清除劑劑配方簡單,性能優(yōu)良,解堵時間較短,能夠有效改善和提高巖心滲透率恢復值。
