陰離子型泡排劑起泡過程研究方法

【摘要】:注表面活性劑溶液泡沫排水是天然氣在開采過程中的常用措施,其起泡性能對于天然氣的開采至關(guān)重要。在泡沫排水模擬裝置上以α-烯烴磺酸鹽為例,考察了濃度、流量為參數(shù),探討了室溫下的起泡過程,建立了室溫下的模擬起泡動(dòng)力學(xué)方程。采用單因素研究方法,逐一確定動(dòng)力學(xué)方程的參數(shù),最終得到模擬起泡動(dòng)力學(xué)方程。這為該類表面活性劑起泡過程的研究提供了一種可行的方法。
[Abstract]:Foam drainage with surfactant solution is a common measure in natural gas exploitation, and its foaming performance is very important for natural gas exploitation. Taking 偽 -olefin sulfonate as an example, the foaming process at room temperature was discussed and the dynamic equation of simulated foaming at room temperature was established by investigating the concentration and flow rate of 偽 -olefin sulfonate in a foam drainage simulator. The parameters of the kinetic equation were determined one by using the single factor study method, and the simulation foaming kinetics equation was finally obtained. This provides a feasible method for the study of the foaming process of these surfactants.
