【摘要】：主動補償絞車作為海洋浮式鉆井平臺的關(guān)鍵設(shè)備之一,不僅具備常規(guī)的提升下放功能,還具有主動補償功能,可解決浮式海洋平臺升沉運動對鉆井作業(yè)的影響,保持正常鉆進。通過建立補償絞車分析模型,應(yīng)用ADAMS軟件對補償系統(tǒng)進行動力學(xué)特性分析,獲得了主動補償絞車基于模擬海浪工況的反向試驗參數(shù),為提高補償系統(tǒng)的控制性能、改善系統(tǒng)設(shè)計等提供了重要的理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:As one of the key equipments of the offshore floating drilling platform, the active compensation winch not only has the conventional lifting function, but also has the active compensation function, which can solve the influence of the floating offshore platform heave movement on the drilling operation and maintain the normal drilling. By establishing the analysis model of compensation winch and using ADAMS software to analyze the dynamic characteristics of the compensation system, the reverse test parameters of the active compensation winch based on simulated wave condition are obtained in order to improve the control performance of the compensation system. Improving the design of the system provides an important theoretical basis.
