無(wú)固化劑環(huán)氧樹(shù)脂乳液對(duì)油井水泥早期水化的影響

【摘要】:將不同聚合度環(huán)氧樹(shù)脂乳液以不同摻量摻加到固井水泥漿中,制備環(huán)氧樹(shù)脂乳液改性水泥漿。在無(wú)固化劑、不同溫度條件下,通過(guò)水化熱測(cè)量,掃描電子顯微鏡,X射線衍射等方法研究了環(huán)氧樹(shù)脂乳液對(duì)油井水泥早期水化特性的影響。結(jié)果表明:相對(duì)于純油井水泥漿體,環(huán)氧樹(shù)脂水泥漿的水化進(jìn)程被延緩,但是水化產(chǎn)物沒(méi)有明顯變化,環(huán)氧樹(shù)脂在硬化水泥漿體中主要以聚合物膜的形式存在,可填充水泥石內(nèi)部的毛細(xì)孔隙,使環(huán)氧樹(shù)脂水泥石的抗壓強(qiáng)度隨著環(huán)氧樹(shù)脂摻量的提高而略有增加。
[Abstract]:Epoxy resin emulsion modified cement slurry was prepared by adding different amount of epoxy resin emulsion to cementing cement slurry with different degree of polymerization. The effect of epoxy resin emulsion on the early hydration characteristics of oil well cement was studied by means of hydration heat measurement and scanning electron microscope X-ray diffraction under different temperature without curing agent. The results showed that the hydration process of epoxy resin cement paste was delayed compared with pure oil well cement paste, but the hydration product did not change obviously, and epoxy resin mainly existed in the form of polymer film in hardened cement paste. The capillary pores in cement stone can be filled, and the compressive strength of epoxy resin cement stone increases slightly with the increase of epoxy resin content.
