DTPA對三元復(fù)合驅(qū)除垢性能研究

【摘要】:油田垢主要是由碳酸鹽垢、硅酸鹽垢和硫酸鹽垢混合組成,現(xiàn)有的除垢劑能夠很好的解決碳酸鹽垢問題,但對含有硫酸鹽的混合垢除垢效果不佳,所以復(fù)配出一種能夠?qū)蛩猁}的混合垢有很好作用的除垢劑對油田具有重大意義。螯合劑除垢技術(shù)作為一種新型技術(shù),尤其是性能優(yōu)良的金屬離子螯合劑DTPA,在應(yīng)用過程中表現(xiàn)出了較好的除垢性能,并且其具有除垢效率高,高溫下穩(wěn)定性好,毒性小等優(yōu)點,以其為除垢劑在除垢反應(yīng)中具有了良好的應(yīng)用前景。本論文采用了氯乙酸法合成DTPA,討論了不同的反應(yīng)工藝條件對DTPA產(chǎn)率的影響,總結(jié)出了較好的洗滌方法。并得出了最佳的反應(yīng)條件:反應(yīng)溫度為60℃,反應(yīng)物料比n氯乙酸:n氫氧化鈉:n二乙烯三胺:n氫氧化鈉=5:5.25:1.2:5.25,反應(yīng)時間8h,酸化pH=1.67。通過本次實驗我們得到的DTPA的最高產(chǎn)率為91.04%。采用靜態(tài)除垢法,考察了DTPA溶液對硫酸鋇垢的除垢效果,根據(jù)實驗結(jié)果分析得出,綜合考慮經(jīng)濟性和除垢能力等因素,DTPA溶液除硫酸鋇垢的最佳的反應(yīng)條件為:反應(yīng)溫度60℃,反應(yīng)時間24h,體系pH=12,DTPA溶液加量為50mg/L,100m L,此時除垢效果最好,除垢率可達(dá)55%以上,還發(fā)現(xiàn)DTPA和草酸的加量為1:1時除垢率為最大;在DTPA和EDTA的復(fù)配的量為1:1時,除垢效果達(dá)到最好,說明DTPA與EDTA在除硫酸鋇垢上有著良好的協(xié)同作用。對油田現(xiàn)場垢樣的組成進行分析,并復(fù)配了幾種除垢劑,進行除垢實驗,通過觀察實驗現(xiàn)象,對比分析實驗數(shù)據(jù),我們進一步引入了DTPA進行復(fù)配,并取得了較好的預(yù)期效果,使除垢率得到了提升。
[Abstract]:Oil field scale is mainly composed of carbonate scale, silicate scale and sulfate scale. The existing scale remover can solve the problem of carbonate scale well, but the effect of mixed scale removal with sulfate is not good. Therefore, it is of great significance to compound a scale remover which can play a good role in mixed scale containing sulphate. Chelating agent scale removal technology is a new technology, especially the metal ion chelating agent DTPA, which has good performance in the application process, and has the advantages of high scale removal efficiency, good stability at high temperature, low toxicity and so on. It has a good application prospect in scale removal reaction. In this paper, DTPA was synthesized by chloroacetic acid method. The effect of different reaction conditions on the yield of DTPA was discussed, and a better washing method was concluded.
