【摘要】：隨著我國石油儲備的增加和石油化工工業(yè)的發(fā)展,大型石油儲罐的單罐容積和總體數量不斷增加,其安全運行事關重大。大型機械系統(tǒng)健康管理理論被應用于大型石油儲罐,提出大型石油儲罐健康管理的理念、程序和具體方案;根據大型石油儲罐特點,制定健康管理指標體系;提出依據健康評價結果及時調整的健康檢測方案;對部分健康風險、健康指標、檢測技術進行介紹;提出對健康狀態(tài)和健康變化趨勢進行判斷和預測的健康評價方法,和以基于健康狀態(tài)維修為主的健康恢復方案。大型石油儲罐健康管理方法依據健康指標和健康評價結果,統(tǒng)籌應用現(xiàn)有的儲罐檢測和維修手段,以最經濟的方法保障儲罐健康運行。并進行健康管理方法的初步應用,驗證健康管理方法的有效性。最后總結大型儲罐健康管理方法進一步發(fā)展的關鍵需求。
[Abstract]:With the increase of petroleum reserves and the development of petrochemical industry, the single tank volume and the total quantity of large oil storage tanks are increasing continuously, and its safe operation is of great importance. The health management theory of large-scale mechanical system is applied to large oil storage tanks, the concept, procedure and concrete scheme of health management of large oil storage tanks are put forward, and the health management index system is established according to the characteristics of large oil storage tanks. According to the results of health evaluation, the paper puts forward a health test scheme adjusted in time, introduces some health risks, health indicators and testing techniques, and puts forward a health evaluation method to judge and predict the health status and the trend of health change. And health recovery scheme based on health condition maintenance. According to the health index and health evaluation result, the health management method of large oil storage tank is based on the existing storage tank inspection and maintenance means, and the most economical method is used to ensure the storage tank healthy operation. And the primary application of health management methods to verify the effectiveness of health management methods. Finally, the key requirements for the further development of health management methods for large storage tanks are summarized.
