含油污泥熱化學(xué)清洗劑的研制與清洗效果實(shí)驗(yàn)分析

【摘要】:含油污泥是嚴(yán)重影響油田生產(chǎn)環(huán)境的一大危險(xiǎn)廢物,不僅含有大量原油資源,且處理難度大。本文針對(duì)吉林油田含油污泥,篩選幾種有利于油、水和泥分離的藥劑進(jìn)行復(fù)配,通過(guò)正交實(shí)驗(yàn)確定OP-10(D)∶SDS(B)∶PAC(G)=2∶3∶3的最佳清洗劑配比,運(yùn)用熱化學(xué)清洗法從含油污泥中回收原油。利用單因素實(shí)驗(yàn)法分別考察了熱洗溫度、液固比、攪拌強(qiáng)度、攪拌時(shí)間、熱洗次數(shù)及pH值單一因素對(duì)樣品含油污泥清洗效果的影響。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,最佳工藝條件為:選取熱洗溫度80℃,液固比為4∶1,藥劑量為1%,攪拌強(qiáng)度為120 r·min-1,攪拌時(shí)間為30 min,pH為8,熱洗后的清洗廢液經(jīng)處理調(diào)整至初次清洗濃度可循環(huán)利用。在最佳工況下,將含油率為51.13%的污泥樣品洗至脫油率為96.75%,較好的回收了污泥中的原油,達(dá)到了保護(hù)環(huán)境的目的,具有經(jīng)濟(jì)價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Oily sludge is a major hazardous waste which seriously affects the production environment of oil fields. It not only contains a lot of crude oil resources, but also is difficult to deal with. In this paper, for oily sludge in Jilin Oilfield, several kinds of chemicals which are favorable to separating oil, water and mud are selected and the optimum ratio of cleaning agent of OP-10 (D): SDS (B): PAC (G) 2: 3: 3 is determined by orthogonal experiment. Crude oil was recovered from oily sludge by thermochemical cleaning. The effects of heat washing temperature, liquid-solid ratio, stirring intensity, stirring time, heat washing times and pH value on the cleaning effect of oily sludge were investigated by single factor experiment.
