不同剪切條件下膠凝原油軸向與剪切力學特性差異

【摘要】:流變測試系統(tǒng)內(nèi),經(jīng)剪切處理后的膠凝原油存在明顯的各向異性,導致現(xiàn)有的管道非穩(wěn)態(tài)流動數(shù)值模型不再適用。為了對比在不同剪切條件下膠凝原油剪切力學特性與軸向力學特性的差異,分析其各向異性,以勝利原油和南陽原油為例,控制不同剪切速率、剪切時間等因素對原油進行預剪切處理,分別開展剪切應力松弛試驗和軸向壓縮松弛試驗。對試驗數(shù)據(jù)進行擬合,對比相同條件下膠凝原油的剪切松弛模量和軸向壓縮松弛模量,結果表明:相同條件下,膠凝原油的壓縮松弛模量遠遠大于其剪切松弛模量,且隨剪切速率的增大、剪切時間的增加,剪切松弛模量和壓縮松弛模量相差越來越大,即各向異性更加顯著。研究結果為膠凝原油管道的停輸再啟動提供了理論依據(jù)與技術支持。
[Abstract]:In order to compare the shear relaxation modulus and axial compressive relaxation modulus of the gelled crude oil under the same conditions , the shear relaxation modulus and the axial compressive relaxation modulus of the gelled crude oil under the same conditions are analyzed . The results show that under the same conditions , the shear relaxation modulus and the compression relaxation modulus of the gelled crude oil are more and more obvious .
