【摘要】：介紹了物理化學(xué)混合溶劑法、(新型)混合胺法及分子篩法等3種從天然氣中脫除硫醇工藝的技術(shù)要點(diǎn),同時(shí)指出:(1)物理化學(xué)混合溶劑法的硫醇脫除率通�？蛇_(dá)到90%以上,但不宜應(yīng)用于重?zé)N含量較高的油田伴生氣;(2)添加活化劑后的新型混合胺溶劑的甲硫醇脫除率可提高至約90%,再生酸氣中烴摩爾分?jǐn)?shù)則降至≤1.25%;(3)對(duì)于硫醇含量高的原料氣,要求凈化后硫醇質(zhì)量濃度≤16mg/m~3時(shí),宜采用"粗脫+精脫"的"1+1"工藝;(4)分子篩法脫水脫硫醇的工藝比較復(fù)雜,特別是在處理油田伴生氣時(shí),涉及水、硫醇與重?zé)N三者之間的相互影響與干擾,且不同的原料氣組成及產(chǎn)品氣凈化度要求均與分子篩品種選擇及相應(yīng)操作參數(shù)的確定密切相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:The main technical points of three processes of removing mercaptan from natural gas by physicochemical mixed solvent method, (new) mixed amine method and molecular sieve method are introduced. At the same time, it is pointed out that: (1) the removal rate of mercaptan from natural gas by physicochemical mixed solvent method is usually over 90%.
