端羧基改性聚酰胺-胺的合成及其阻垢性能的研究——以長(zhǎng)慶油田花子坪區(qū)塊為例

【摘要】:為解決長(zhǎng)慶油田花子坪區(qū)塊結(jié)CaCO_3、CaSO_4垢的嚴(yán)重問題,采用氯乙酸為端基改性劑對(duì)1.0代和2.0代聚酰胺-胺樹狀聚合物進(jìn)行端羧基改性合成了性能優(yōu)良的阻垢劑1.0G PAMAM-COONa和2.0G PAMAM-COONa,通過紅外光譜(FTIR)、元素分析等方法對(duì)其結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行表征,考察了合成阻垢劑對(duì)CaCO_3、CaSO_4的阻垢性能及復(fù)配的阻垢劑PNF-2.0G(阻垢劑PNF、2.0G PAMAM-COONa質(zhì)量比1∶1)對(duì)長(zhǎng)慶油田化子坪的采出水/現(xiàn)場(chǎng)注入水混配水(質(zhì)量比1∶1)的阻垢性能,并進(jìn)行了現(xiàn)場(chǎng)試驗(yàn)。研究結(jié)果表明,60℃下,PAMAM-COONa的阻垢效果比聚酰胺-胺(PAMAM)的好、2.0G PAMAM-COONa的阻垢性能比1.0G PAMAM-COONa的效果好,在加藥量為20 mg/L時(shí),2.0G PAMAM-COONa對(duì)CaCO_3、CaSO_4的阻垢率為95.64%、92.35%,1.0G PAMAM-COONa對(duì)CaCO_3、CaSO_4的阻垢率為82.25%、89.36%。在加藥量為20 mg/L時(shí),對(duì)于97-42采出水/現(xiàn)場(chǎng)注入水的混配水,2.0G PAMAM-COONa和PNF單獨(dú)使用時(shí)的阻垢率分別為75.53%和60.5%,而復(fù)配阻垢劑的阻垢率則高達(dá)95.56%;對(duì)于化100-45采出水/現(xiàn)場(chǎng)注入水的混配水,2.0G PAMAM-COONa和PNF單獨(dú)使用時(shí)的阻垢率分別為38.5%和49.5%,而復(fù)配阻垢劑的阻垢率高達(dá)98.91%。經(jīng)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證,該復(fù)配阻垢劑能起到優(yōu)良的阻垢效果。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the serious problem of Caco _ 3C _ so _ 4 scale in Huaziping block of Changqing Oilfield, Using chloroacetic acid as terminal modifier, 1.0 and 2.0 generation polyamide-amine dendrimer were modified with carboxyl group to synthesize 1.0G PAMAM-COONa and 2.0G PAMAM-COONa.The structures were characterized by FTIR and elemental analysis. The scale inhibition performance of the synthetic scale inhibitor to CaCOS3 and CaSO4 and the scale inhibition performance of the compound scale inhibitor PNF-2.0G (mass ratio of PNF-2.0G PAMAM-COONa at 1:1) to the produced water / in-situ injected water mixture (1:1) in Huazuping Oilfield of Changqing Oilfield were investigated, and field tests were carried out.
