基于三相分離器的高含硫井地面測(cè)試工藝研究

【摘要】:地面測(cè)試是在動(dòng)態(tài)條件下檢查油藏的一種常規(guī)測(cè)試技術(shù),決定油藏生產(chǎn)能力和油藏物性。在如今的油氣井測(cè)試計(jì)量過(guò)程中,三相分離器地面測(cè)試技術(shù)的應(yīng)用越來(lái)越廣泛。伴隨著油氣田的深入開發(fā),含硫油氣井,甚至高含硫油氣井的測(cè)試計(jì)量工作也逐漸的開展起來(lái)。本文介紹了三相分離器的性能、工作原理及其使用現(xiàn)狀,開展了針對(duì)高含硫井地面測(cè)試工藝的流程設(shè)計(jì)、設(shè)備材質(zhì)的選擇以及氣產(chǎn)量計(jì)算公式的選擇。由于硫化氫氣體劇毒、強(qiáng)腐蝕等特殊屬性,對(duì)使用三相分離器進(jìn)行地面測(cè)試計(jì)量工作時(shí)的設(shè)備及相關(guān)附屬設(shè)備設(shè)施要求不同于不含硫井所使用的設(shè)備。為了確保高含硫井測(cè)試計(jì)量工作的連續(xù)性,準(zhǔn)確性以及安全性,結(jié)合現(xiàn)場(chǎng)生產(chǎn)的實(shí)際情況,對(duì)常用的三相分離器測(cè)試流程、設(shè)備進(jìn)行改造,并進(jìn)行了現(xiàn)場(chǎng)試驗(yàn),對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)獲得數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了總結(jié)與分析。對(duì)項(xiàng)目完成后的總體效果進(jìn)行了評(píng)述。
[Abstract]:Surface testing is a conventional testing technique for checking reservoirs under dynamic conditions, which determines reservoir productivity and reservoir physical properties. In the process of oil and gas well measurement, the surface test technology of three-phase separator is more and more widely used. With the further development of oil and gas fields, the testing and metering of sulfur-bearing oil and gas wells, even high-sulfur oil and gas wells, has been carried out gradually. In this paper, the performance, working principle and application status of three-phase separator are introduced. The design of surface test process, the selection of equipment material and the selection of calculating formula of gas production are carried out. Due to the special properties of hydrogen sulfide gas such as high toxicity and strong corrosion, the requirements of equipment and related ancillary facilities for surface testing and metering with three-phase separators are different from those used in non-sulfur wells. In order to ensure the continuity, accuracy and safety of the testing and metering work of high sulfur containing wells, combined with the actual situation of field production, the test flow and equipment of the commonly used three-phase separator were reformed, and the field tests were carried out. The experimental data are summarized and analyzed. The overall effect after the completion of the project is reviewed.
