含碳酸鈣的海泡石鉆井液的封堵性能

【摘要】:通過(guò)室內(nèi)實(shí)驗(yàn)和理論分析,研究了不同溫度、壓力條件下添加碳酸鈣前后海泡石水基鉆井液對(duì)不同滲透性地層的封堵性能,論證將碳酸鈣作為堵漏劑添加到海泡石鉆井液中的可行性。在實(shí)驗(yàn)溫度為27~204℃、實(shí)驗(yàn)壓力為2 070 kPa和6 895 kPa條件下進(jìn)行流變性和濾失性測(cè)試,結(jié)果表明,除了在149℃時(shí),其他各溫度下海泡石鉆井液流變性質(zhì)較好、懸固能力較強(qiáng),高溫高壓濾失量較低?紫抖氯(PPA)實(shí)驗(yàn)中用孔徑10~90μm的滲透性陶瓷盤(pán)模擬地層,實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,不含碳酸鈣的海泡石鉆井液不能封堵孔隙,而含碳酸鈣的海泡石鉆井液可在較短時(shí)間內(nèi)封堵孔隙,且在高溫下也能保持碳酸鈣顆粒懸浮,使用溫度可高達(dá)193℃。掃描電鏡分析及理想充填理論分析結(jié)果驗(yàn)證了PPA實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果。
[Abstract]:Through laboratory experiments and theoretical analysis, the sealing performance of sepiolite water-based drilling fluid to different permeable formations before and after adding calcium carbonate at different temperatures and pressures was studied.
