低滲透油田微生物代謝產(chǎn)物驅(qū)油技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:微生物在代謝過程中會(huì)產(chǎn)生生物聚合物與生物表面活性劑,通常我們采用其中一種方式進(jìn)行微生物驅(qū)油,微生物復(fù)合驅(qū)就是在此基礎(chǔ)上,將兩種代謝產(chǎn)物進(jìn)行復(fù)合注入油藏進(jìn)行驅(qū)油的一種新技術(shù)。微生物復(fù)合驅(qū)首分為兩個(gè)部分——地面部分和地上部分,其中在地面篩選出合適的生物表面活性劑產(chǎn)生菌與生物聚合物產(chǎn)生菌并進(jìn)行發(fā)酵培養(yǎng),獲得復(fù)合體系菌液,然后將復(fù)合體系菌液進(jìn)行室內(nèi)物理模擬實(shí)驗(yàn)評(píng)價(jià),之后在將優(yōu)選出的復(fù)合體系注入油藏目的區(qū)塊中進(jìn)行驅(qū)油,通過擴(kuò)大波及體積和采油效率進(jìn)而提高原油采收率。微生物復(fù)合驅(qū)具有微生物驅(qū)油的環(huán)保、投入成本低等特點(diǎn),同時(shí)又具有二元復(fù)合驅(qū)的耦合作用的優(yōu)勢(shì),尤其適用于化學(xué)驅(qū)受限制的低滲透油藏。本文從目的區(qū)塊油井產(chǎn)出水中分離篩選出6株菌種,并對(duì)這六株菌株進(jìn)行了油藏配伍性評(píng)價(jià)與發(fā)酵培養(yǎng)條件優(yōu)化,然后優(yōu)選出一種產(chǎn)表面活性劑菌種SC4和產(chǎn)聚合物菌種SC6,分別對(duì)SC4和SC6菌種進(jìn)行了鑒定和生長、代謝條件進(jìn)行了研究,并優(yōu)化了培養(yǎng)基配方和發(fā)酵條件。研究結(jié)果表明,2株菌種均能夠適應(yīng)低滲透油田的地質(zhì)環(huán)境。之后通過室內(nèi)巖心物理模擬實(shí)驗(yàn),研究了微生物二元復(fù)合體系濃度、用量、注入時(shí)機(jī)等參數(shù)對(duì)提高原油采收率的影響,實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明對(duì)于低滲透油藏水驅(qū)后,采用微生物復(fù)合驅(qū)可進(jìn)一步增加原油產(chǎn)量,最后通過數(shù)值模擬研究優(yōu)化了現(xiàn)場試驗(yàn)方案和效果評(píng)價(jià)。
[Abstract]:Biopolymers and biosurfactants are produced in the metabolic process of microbes, and we usually use one of the methods for microbial oil displacement, and microbial compound flooding is based on this. A new technique for oil displacement by injecting two metabolites into a reservoir. The microbial compound flooding is divided into two parts: the surface part and the aboveground part, in which the suitable biosurfactant producing bacteria and biopolymer producing bacteria are screened out on the ground, and the fermentation culture is carried out to obtain the bacteria liquid of the compound system. Then the bacterial fluid of the composite system is evaluated by physical simulation experiment in laboratory, and then the selected composite system is injected into the target block of the reservoir for oil displacement. The oil recovery can be improved by expanding the sweep volume and oil recovery efficiency. Microbial compound flooding has the characteristics of environmental protection and low input cost of microbial flooding, and it also has the advantages of coupling of binary compound flooding, which is especially suitable for low permeability reservoirs restricted by chemical flooding. In this paper, six strains were isolated from the water produced from the oil wells in the target block, and the reservoir compatibility of the six strains was evaluated and the fermentation culture conditions were optimized. Then, a surfactant producing strain SC4 and a polymer producing strain SC6 were selected. The strain SC4 and SC6 were identified and grown, and the metabolic conditions were studied, and the medium formulation and fermentation conditions were optimized. The results show that the two strains can adapt to the geological environment of low permeability oil fields. Then, the effects of the concentration, dosage and injection time of microbial binary composite system on oil recovery were studied through the laboratory core physical simulation experiment. The experimental results show that after water flooding in low permeability reservoir, Microbial compound flooding can further increase crude oil production. Finally, the field test scheme and effect evaluation are optimized by numerical simulation.
