深井鉆柱振動縱向動態(tài)響應規(guī)律研究

【摘要】:在油田鉆井中,鉆柱經(jīng)常會產(chǎn)生各種形式的振動。尤其在深井鉆井時,鉆柱的縱向振動特別明顯。劇烈的鉆柱縱向振動不僅會增加鉆井成本,甚至影響鉆井安全。為了解決這一問題,必須要分析深井鉆柱振動縱向動態(tài)響應。根據(jù)實際鉆井情況,建立深井鉆柱縱向振動的力學模型,并對其進行理論分析。利用運動的偏微分方程和鉆柱系統(tǒng)的邊界條件推導出深井鉆柱縱向振動的固有頻率公式,通過VB語言對深井鉆柱縱向振動固有頻率公式進行計算機編程求解,從理論上得出深井鉆柱縱向振動的固有頻率。利用ANSYS有限元軟件,建立深井鉆柱縱向振動的有限元模型,對該模型進行模態(tài)分析,得到深井鉆柱縱向振動的固有頻率。對比理論得到的深井鉆柱縱向振動固有頻率和模態(tài)分析得到的深井鉆柱縱向振動固有頻率,發(fā)現(xiàn)二者之間誤差很小。通過對深井鉆柱縱向振動固有頻率的分析得到深井鉆柱縱向振動的各階頻率分布規(guī)律。在模態(tài)分析的基礎上,對深井鉆柱縱向振動有限元模型施加不同大小的周期性鉆壓,進行諧響應分析,得到深井鉆柱縱向共振頻率與位移關系的響應譜線。在動態(tài)響應譜線上可以清晰地觀察到深井鉆柱發(fā)生縱向共振的頻率和共振時的位移,發(fā)現(xiàn)深井鉆柱縱向共振的位移與所施加的鉆壓大小有關,還發(fā)現(xiàn)深井鉆柱實際發(fā)生縱向共振的頻率與深井鉆柱縱向振動固有頻率相吻合。所以不僅可以利用調節(jié)鉆壓來調節(jié)深井鉆柱縱向共振的振動強度,還可以利用鉆頭轉速與激振頻率轉換公式得到引起深井鉆柱發(fā)生縱向共振時所達到的轉速值,通過調節(jié)轉速來避免共振的發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:In the drilling well of the oil field, the drill string often produces various forms of vibration. Especially in the deep well drilling, the longitudinal vibration of the drill string is particularly obvious. The intense longitudinal vibration of the drill string not only increases the drilling cost, but also affects the drilling safety. In order to solve this problem, it is necessary to analyze the longitudinal dynamic response of the drill string in the deep well. The mechanical model of longitudinal vibration of deep well drill string is established and analyzed theoretically. The inherent frequency formula of longitudinal vibration of deep well drill string is derived by using the partial differential equation of motion and the boundary condition of the drill string system. The VB language is used to solve the common frequency common frequency of the longitudinal vibration of the drill string in deep well. The natural frequency of longitudinal vibration of deep well drill string is used to establish a finite element model of longitudinal vibration of deep well drill column by ANSYS finite element software. The modal analysis of the model is carried out to obtain the inherent frequency of longitudinal vibration of deep well drillstring. The longitudinal vibration of deep well drill column longitudinal vibration obtained by comparison theory and the longitudinal vibration of deep well drill string obtained by the analysis of the theory of deep well drill string It is found that the error between the two is very small. Through the analysis of the inherent frequency of the longitudinal vibration of the deep well drill string, the frequency distribution of the longitudinal vibration of the deep well drill string is obtained. On the basis of the modal analysis, the circumferential drilling pressure of different sizes is applied to the finite element model of the longitudinal vibration of the deep well drill string, and the harmonic response analysis is carried out to get the deep well. The response spectrum lines of the relationship between the longitudinal resonance frequency and the displacement of the drill string can be found clearly on the dynamic response spectrum line, the longitudinal resonance frequency and the resonance displacement of the deep well drill string can be clearly observed. It is found that the displacement of the longitudinal resonance of the deep well drill string is related to the magnitude of the pressure applied, and the frequency and depth of the longitudinal resonance in the deep well drill string is also found. The inherent frequency of the longitudinal vibration of the drill string is consistent. So it can not only adjust the vibration intensity of the longitudinal resonance of the deep well drill string by adjusting the drilling pressure, but also can make use of the conversion formula of the bit speed and the excitation frequency to get the speed value of the longitudinal resonance of the deep well drill string, and avoid the resonance by adjusting the speed of the drill.
