瀾滄江跨越管段天然氣管道落石條件下應(yīng)力分析

【摘要】:瀾滄江跨越管道工程的跨越區(qū)山體高聳挺拔、地勢(shì)險(xiǎn)峻,兩岸陡崖上分布有危巖及崩塌堆積體,其地理位置極易受到崩塌落石危害,落石沖擊作用會(huì)造成管道刮痕、壓坑,引起管道變形失穩(wěn)甚至破裂,造成油品泄漏。本文以瀾滄江跨越段管道及兩岸落石為研究對(duì)象,首先運(yùn)用Roc Fall軟件建立落石運(yùn)動(dòng)路徑數(shù)值模擬模型,分析落石質(zhì)量對(duì)落石運(yùn)動(dòng)過(guò)程的影響,并探究了不同質(zhì)量落石撞擊管道時(shí),落石攜帶的最大動(dòng)能等特性參數(shù)影響規(guī)律;然后運(yùn)用CAESAR II軟件對(duì)瀾滄江跨越段天然氣管道進(jìn)行分析,確定會(huì)使其處于危險(xiǎn)(或被破壞)狀態(tài)的落石質(zhì)量閾值。分析結(jié)果可為瀾滄江跨越管道落石災(zāi)害防護(hù)和管道安全運(yùn)營(yíng)決策提供科學(xué)建議,也可以為地理?xiàng)l件與瀾滄江管道相似的管道工程設(shè)計(jì)、敷設(shè)施工、上方危巖防護(hù)規(guī)劃提供指導(dǎo)和借鑒。
[Abstract]:The mountain body in the crossing area of the Lancang River crossing pipeline project is tall and tall, the terrain is steep, and there are dangerous rocks and collapse accumulations on the banks of the steep cliffs. Its geographical location is easily damaged by the collapse and falling stones, and the impact of falling stones will result in scratches and indentation of pipelines. Cause pipeline deformation instability or even rupture, resulting in oil leakage. In this paper, a numerical simulation model of rock falling path is established by using Roc Fall software to analyze the influence of rock drop quality on the rock falling process. The influence law of the characteristic parameters such as the maximum kinetic energy carried by the rock drop on the pipeline is investigated, and then the natural gas pipeline in the Lancang River crossing section is analyzed by CAESAR II software. Determine the rock drop mass threshold that puts it in a dangerous (or damaged) state. The results of the analysis can provide scientific advice for the prevention of rock fall disaster and decision-making of pipeline safety operation, and can also be used for the design and construction of pipeline engineering with similar geographical conditions as that of Lancang River pipeline. The protection plan of dangerous rock above provides guidance and reference.
