【摘要】：以長(zhǎng)距離油管的漏磁檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)為研究對(duì)象,研究了漏磁檢測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)的在線壓縮算法。針對(duì)嵌入式在線工作環(huán)境下,傳統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)壓縮方法難以應(yīng)用的問(wèn)題,引入壓縮感知(CS)理論,提出了漏磁檢測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)在線CS壓縮方法。確定了小波基作為漏磁信號(hào)的最佳稀疏表示基,并推導(dǎo)了小波稀疏基矩陣的數(shù)學(xué)表達(dá)公式;提出Welch界和PRP共軛梯度算法的測(cè)量矩陣優(yōu)化算法;提出了漏磁檢測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)的重要數(shù)據(jù)段篩選方法,極大地減少了數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)量。仿真試驗(yàn)證明了所提出在線壓縮算法極大地減少了在線環(huán)境壓縮編碼的運(yùn)算復(fù)雜度,具有簡(jiǎn)單迅速、壓縮比高、重構(gòu)精度高等優(yōu)點(diǎn),符合漏磁檢測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)在線壓縮的實(shí)際要求。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the on-line compression algorithm of magnetic flux leakage (MFL) detection data for long distance tubing is studied. In order to solve the problem that the traditional data compression method is difficult to be applied in the embedded on-line working environment, a new on-line CS compression method for magnetic flux leakage detection data is proposed by introducing the theory of compression sensing (CSS). The wavelet basis is determined as the best sparse representation basis of magnetic flux leakage signal, and the mathematical expression formula of wavelet sparse basis matrix is derived, and the Welch bound and PRP conjugate gradient algorithm are proposed to optimize the measurement matrix. An important data segment screening method for magnetic flux leakage (MFL) detection data is proposed, which greatly reduces the data storage. The simulation results show that the proposed on-line compression algorithm greatly reduces the computational complexity of the compression coding in the online environment, and has the advantages of simplicity, high compression ratio and high reconstruction accuracy, and meets the practical requirements of on-line compression of magnetic flux leakage detection data.
