杏北油田三元污水處理及稀釋聚合物驅(qū)油實驗研究

【摘要】:隨著世界經(jīng)濟(jì)的迅猛發(fā)展,各個國家對石油的需求也不斷增加,雖然國際油價近一年來持續(xù)走低,但石油供需間的矛盾、水資源的有效利用等問題依舊十分嚴(yán)峻,急需找到相應(yīng)的解決方案。同時,油田進(jìn)入特高含水期后,采出的含油污水量也隨之增加,而且采出液直接回注也將對油層造成污染,對地層造成不可逆?zhèn)。近年?三次采油已在大慶油田全面開展,根據(jù)油層的不同特性采用特定的驅(qū)動方式來驅(qū)油,包括水驅(qū)、聚合物驅(qū)、三元復(fù)合驅(qū)(ASP)等。其中三元復(fù)合驅(qū)現(xiàn)場實驗取得的效果最佳,但三元復(fù)合驅(qū)采出污水水質(zhì)成分比普通水驅(qū)和聚合物驅(qū)水質(zhì)成分復(fù)雜,處理難度大。三元復(fù)合驅(qū)采出污水回注過程中含油量、懸浮物固體含量等很難達(dá)到回注標(biāo)準(zhǔn),嚴(yán)重?fù)p害地層,在降低采收率的同時會增大注入壓力。本文針對杏北油田現(xiàn)有的三元污水處理工藝存在的問題,以杏八聯(lián)合站三元污水為研究對象,并與杏二十五聯(lián)合站深度處理污水進(jìn)行對比分析,通過曝氧、混摻過濾等技術(shù)系統(tǒng)考察了曝氧量、混摻對三元污水中溶解氧、礦化度、還原性物質(zhì)、含油量、懸浮物固體含量等的影響;進(jìn)行了三元污水的混摻可視化過濾模擬實驗,考察了過濾速度、濾料級配比及混摻比例對污水中含油量、懸浮物含量等的影響,確定了最佳濾速界限為10-12m/h,級配一最合理,最佳混摻比為70%;利用三層非均質(zhì)長方巖心進(jìn)行了深度處理污水、最佳混摻比污水稀釋聚合物溶液的驅(qū)油實驗,對兩種不同類型污水稀釋聚合物溶液驅(qū)油效果進(jìn)行評價,最佳混摻比污水稀釋聚合物溶液驅(qū)油效果比深度處理污水要高2.79%。本文的研究對可為降低杏北油田現(xiàn)有三元污水處理難度及三元污水的有效利用提供理論與技術(shù)支持,為實現(xiàn)油田的可持續(xù)發(fā)展具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the world economy, the demand for oil in various countries is also increasing. Although the international oil price has been declining for nearly a year, the contradictions between supply and demand of oil and the effective utilization of water resources are still very serious. There is an urgent need to find a solution. At the same time, after the oil field enters the high water cut period, the produced oil polluted water will also increase, and the direct injection of the produced liquid will also cause pollution to the reservoir and irreversibly damage to the formation. In recent years, tertiary oil recovery has been carried out in Daqing Oilfield. According to the different characteristics of the reservoir, special driving methods are adopted to drive oil, including water flooding, polymer flooding, ASP flooding and so on. The effect of the field experiment of ASP flooding is the best, but the composition of water quality of produced wastewater by ASP flooding is more complex than that of common water flooding and polymer flooding, and it is difficult to treat. The oil content and the solid content of suspended solids in the recovery process of sewage produced by ASP flooding are difficult to reach the standard of reinjection which seriously damages the formation and increases the injection pressure while reducing the recovery factor. In this paper, aiming at the problems existing in the existing ternary sewage treatment process in Xingbei Oilfield, taking the Sanyuan sewage of Xingba Union Station as the research object, and comparing it with the advanced treatment sewage of Xingbei 25 combined Station, the oxygen exposure is adopted. The effects of aeration and mixing on dissolved oxygen, salinity, reductive substance, oil content and solid content of suspended solids in ternary sewage were systematically investigated. The effects of filtration speed, ratio of filter media and mixing ratio on oil content and suspended matter content in sewage were investigated. The optimum filtration speed limit was 10 ~ (-12) m / h, with the most reasonable grading. The optimum mixing ratio is 70. The oil displacement experiment of diluting polymer solution with three layers of heterogeneous rectangular core is carried out, and the oil displacement effect of two different kinds of sewage diluting polymer solution is evaluated by using three layers of heterogeneous rectangular core and the best mixing ratio of sewage to dilute polymer solution. The effect of polymer solution flooding is 2.79% higher than that of advanced treatment. The research in this paper can provide theoretical and technical support for reducing the difficulty of ternary sewage treatment and the effective utilization of ternary sewage in Xingbei Oilfield. It is of great significance to realize the sustainable development of oil field.
