【摘要】：為了確保天然氣貿(mào)易交接的公平、公正,在配氣站中需設(shè)置實時在線的計量系統(tǒng)。新疆油田某天然氣配氣站早期建成的計量系統(tǒng)不滿足現(xiàn)行國家計量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對流量計直管段配置的要求,其計量數(shù)據(jù)造成氣量結(jié)算、成本核算困難�；趪蚁嚓P(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求,為了實現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益最大化,采用更為靈活的短管安裝方式配置管道,并對原有工藝流程進(jìn)行改造,既提高了流量計的測量上限,又避免了前端壓力波動造成流量計準(zhǔn)確度降低的問題。在改造過程中,充分利用原有的管路、設(shè)備、流量計等材料開發(fā)出配氣站的備用計量管路,無需額外的設(shè)備購置費和改造費,節(jié)約費用約115×10~4元,同時為今后配氣站增加負(fù)荷提供了計量空間。
[Abstract]:In order to ensure the fairness and fairness of the natural gas trade transfer, a real-time and online metering system should be set up in the gas distribution station. The metering system built in the early stage of a natural gas distribution station in Xinjiang Oilfield does not meet the requirements of the current national metering standards for the direct pipe configuration of the Flowmeter. The metering data result in the settlement of the gas volume and the cost accounting is difficult. In order to realize the maximum economic benefit, a more flexible short pipe installation method is adopted to configure the pipeline, and the original technological process is reformed to improve the measuring upper limit of the Flowmeter, based on the requirements of the relevant national standards. It also avoids the problem that the accuracy of the Flowmeter is reduced due to the pressure fluctuation of the front end. In the process of transformation, the spare metering pipeline of the gas distribution station is developed by fully utilizing the original pipe, equipment, Flowmeter and other materials, and the cost is saved about 115 脳 10 ~ (4) yuan without additional equipment purchase and renovation costs. At the same time, it provides metering space for increasing the load of gas distribution station in the future.
