低滲油藏表面活性劑驅(qū)油性能研究

【摘要】:針對(duì)SN井區(qū)低孔低滲,研究出適合該油藏條件的表面活性劑體系OS-10。在油藏條件下,對(duì)OS-10的降低界面張力能力、乳化性能以及潤(rùn)濕改善等進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)評(píng)價(jià)。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果顯示,2 500mg/L的OS-10表面活性劑溶液在73℃老化160d后,油水界面張力仍可保持10~(-4) mN/m超低數(shù)量級(jí)。OS-10在巖石表面吸附可使強(qiáng)親水巖心向弱親水轉(zhuǎn)變。通過(guò)巖心驅(qū)油實(shí)驗(yàn)研究不同滲透率(油藏滲透率范圍內(nèi))對(duì)驅(qū)油效率的影響,實(shí)驗(yàn)表明,巖心滲透率越大,提高采收率越高,巖心滲透率為(10~100)×10~(-3)μm~2時(shí),表面活性劑提高采收率為16.80%~22.59%。在不同注入時(shí)機(jī)注表面活性劑段塞,水驅(qū)至經(jīng)濟(jì)極限時(shí)總采收率最高。
