基于改進(jìn)的同步擾動隨機(jī)逼近算法的聚表二元驅(qū)優(yōu)化

【摘要】:聚表二元驅(qū)作為一種提高采收率的有效方法已經(jīng)被廣泛應(yīng)用于各大油田,為實現(xiàn)聚表二元驅(qū)生產(chǎn)效益最大化,從油田實際情況出發(fā),將油田開發(fā)的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益作為優(yōu)化目標(biāo),選取聚合物與表面活性劑的質(zhì)量濃度、注入體積、注入時機(jī)等參數(shù)作為調(diào)控變量,并結(jié)合改進(jìn)隨機(jī)差異化步長的SPSA算法進(jìn)行優(yōu)化求解,比較約束與不約束聚合物、表面活性劑使用總量。結(jié)果表明:隨機(jī)差異化步長不僅可以加快算法的運行效率而且能更好地實現(xiàn)全局最優(yōu)性;當(dāng)不約束聚合物和表面活性劑使用總量時,在含水率越小時實施聚表二元驅(qū),生產(chǎn)效益越好;當(dāng)約束聚合物和表面活性劑使用總量時,聚合物和表面活性劑使用總量越小,在含水率越大時實施聚表二元驅(qū)生產(chǎn)效益越好。
[Abstract]:As an effective method to improve oil recovery, bivariate flooding has been widely used in various oil fields. In order to maximize the production benefit of binary flooding, the economic benefits of oilfield development are taken as the optimization objective according to the actual situation of oil field. The parameters such as the mass concentration of polymer and surfactant, the volume of injection and the timing of injection are selected as the control variables, and the optimized solution is obtained by using the improved stochastic differential step size SPSA algorithm, and the constrained and unconstrained polymers are compared. Total amount of surfactant used. The results show that the stochastic differential step size can not only accelerate the running efficiency of the algorithm but also achieve the global optimality better, and when the total amount of polymer and surfactant is not restricted, the binary flooding of polygraph is carried out when the water content is smaller. When the total amount of polymer and surfactant is limited, the smaller the total amount of polymer and surfactant is, the better the production efficiency is when the water content is higher.
