變革型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)行為對(duì)組織凝聚力的影響機(jī)理研究——以石油企業(yè)組織認(rèn)同為中介變量

【摘要】:在當(dāng)今復(fù)雜的市場環(huán)境下,以企業(yè)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)方式的改革創(chuàng)新為背景,理清變革型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)方式與組織凝集力之間的關(guān)系具有重要的理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。文章通過對(duì)中石油、中石化、中海油三大國有石油企業(yè)的339名員工進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查,對(duì)石油企業(yè)變革型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)行為對(duì)組織凝聚力的影響機(jī)理進(jìn)行分析。研究結(jié)果表明:石油企業(yè)變革型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)行為對(duì)企業(yè)管理有著重要的影響,與組織凝聚力有著正向影響關(guān)系,其中對(duì)組織凝聚力的正向影響是基于組織認(rèn)同的部分中介作用。
[Abstract]:In the current complex market environment, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to clarify the relationship between transformational leadership and organizational agglutination under the background of enterprise leadership reform and innovation. Based on the questionnaire survey of 339 employees of CNPC, Sinopec and CNOOC, this paper analyzes the influence mechanism of transformational leadership behavior on organizational cohesion. The results show that the transformational leadership behavior of petroleum enterprises has an important impact on enterprise management and has a positive relationship with organizational cohesion, in which the positive impact on organizational cohesion is based on part of the intermediary role of organizational identity.
