【摘要】：通過(guò)對(duì)影響催化劑活性和穩(wěn)定性關(guān)鍵因素的分析,中國(guó)石化石油化工科學(xué)研究院創(chuàng)建"反應(yīng)分子與活性相最優(yōu)匹配(ROCKET)"制備技術(shù)平臺(tái),并在此基礎(chǔ)上開(kāi)發(fā)了高活性、高穩(wěn)定性和高性價(jià)比的柴油超深度加氫脫硫催化劑RS-2100(NiMo型)和RS-2200(CoMo型)。工業(yè)應(yīng)用結(jié)果表明,RS-2100和RS-2200催化劑都能夠長(zhǎng)期連續(xù)穩(wěn)定運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn),生產(chǎn)滿足國(guó)Ⅴ排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的柴油,表現(xiàn)出了優(yōu)異的活性和穩(wěn)定性,同時(shí)催化劑具有較低的裝填密度和較低的制造成本,因此具有較高的性價(jià)比和較強(qiáng)的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。
