【摘要】:耐溫性能是射孔器材的重要技術(shù)指標(biāo)之一,直接影響施工的安全性和油氣井產(chǎn)能。射孔器的耐高溫性能檢驗(yàn)在國(guó)內(nèi)執(zhí)行的是標(biāo)準(zhǔn)GB/T 20488-2006《油氣井用聚能射孔器材性能試驗(yàn)方法》。石油工業(yè)油氣田射孔器材質(zhì)量監(jiān)督檢驗(yàn)中心是國(guó)內(nèi)唯一的射孔器材檢測(cè)機(jī)構(gòu),原有的高溫檢測(cè)試驗(yàn)裝置,是1995年隨API RP43整個(gè)試驗(yàn)系統(tǒng)引入的,在使用過(guò)程中發(fā)現(xiàn)其存在一些技術(shù)缺陷,不能滿足試驗(yàn)需要。因此,需研制新的高溫檢測(cè)試驗(yàn)裝置來(lái)檢驗(yàn)聚能射孔器的耐高溫性能。由于是火工品耐溫試驗(yàn),各環(huán)節(jié)首先考慮的是安全,然后是試驗(yàn)方法的科學(xué)合理、結(jié)果準(zhǔn)確。因此,將試驗(yàn)過(guò)程分解為加熱、運(yùn)移和射孔試驗(yàn)三部分。加熱爐要求滿足現(xiàn)場(chǎng)需要的的溫度指標(biāo),能夠避免加溫過(guò)程中意外爆炸時(shí)射流對(duì)加熱爐的損害;運(yùn)移系統(tǒng)的動(dòng)作必須快速準(zhǔn)確、安全可靠;射孔試驗(yàn)?zāi)軌驗(yàn)樯淇灼鞔虬刑峁﹫?chǎng)所,同時(shí)射孔時(shí)射流不偏出靶,保證試驗(yàn)結(jié)果的準(zhǔn)確性。針對(duì)這些問(wèn)題,本文通過(guò)數(shù)值模擬、對(duì)比試驗(yàn)等一系列的研究,最終研制了一套完整的射孔器高溫檢測(cè)裝置,主要包括加熱爐、試驗(yàn)容器、靶架、溫控系統(tǒng)和運(yùn)移系統(tǒng),能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)射孔器的從工作臺(tái)運(yùn)移至加熱爐,加溫后運(yùn)移至試驗(yàn)容器內(nèi)起爆,并取出回到工作臺(tái)的全自動(dòng)化操作,各項(xiàng)技術(shù)指標(biāo)均達(dá)到試驗(yàn)要求,可以進(jìn)行加熱的溫度上限為300℃,保溫時(shí)間120h,lm射孔槍8發(fā)射孔彈的射孔試驗(yàn),實(shí)現(xiàn)了國(guó)內(nèi)高溫射孔器的檢測(cè),對(duì)我國(guó)高溫彈的研究和發(fā)展將起到促進(jìn)作用。
[Abstract]:Thermal resistance is one of the important technical indexes of perforating equipment, which directly affects the safety of construction and the productivity of oil and gas wells.The test of high temperature resistance of perforator in China is the standard GB/T 20488-2006 "performance Test method of Oil and Gas well shaped perforating equipment".The quality supervision and inspection center of perforating equipment in oil and gas field of petroleum industry is the only testing organization in China. The original high temperature testing equipment was introduced in 1995 with the whole test system of API RP43.In the process of use, it is found that there are some technical defects which can not meet the needs of the test.Therefore, it is necessary to develop a new high temperature test device to test the high temperature resistance of the shaped perforator.Because it is pyrotechnic test, the safety is considered first, and then the test method is scientific and reasonable, and the result is accurate.Therefore, the test process is divided into three parts: heating, migration and perforation test.The reheating furnace needs to meet the requirements of the field temperature index, which can avoid the damage caused by the jet during the accidental explosion in the heating process, and the movement of the transportation system must be fast, accurate, safe and reliable.The perforation test can provide a place for the perforator to target, and the jet does not deviate from the target during perforation, which ensures the accuracy of the test results.Aiming at these problems, through a series of research, such as numerical simulation, contrast test and so on, a complete set of high temperature detection device of perforator is developed in this paper, which mainly includes heating furnace, test vessel, target frame, temperature control system and transportation system.The perforator can be moved from the worktable to the heating furnace, and then moved to the test vessel after heating to start the explosion, and the automatic operation of the perforator can be removed back to the workbench.
