馬嶺油田南二區(qū)注水站采出水處理工藝前期配套研究

【摘要】:通過對南二區(qū)采出水水質(zhì)進行分析,對腐蝕、結(jié)垢機理進行研究,引用灰關(guān)聯(lián)分析理論,確定了南二區(qū)采出水防腐防垢措施;通過南二區(qū)不同水質(zhì)開展水敏、速敏和巖心傷害試驗,確定了適合于區(qū)塊的回注標準;結(jié)合南二注地面工藝現(xiàn)狀,采用中試試驗,現(xiàn)場進行加藥及流程優(yōu)化,最終確定適合區(qū)塊的綜合處理工藝。適當調(diào)整采出水的PH。降低采出水中Ca2+濃度。降低鐵離子的含量。通過絮凝作用吸附生成的CaCO3,降低采出水中的機雜含量。在采出水中投加除鐵藥劑、殺菌劑和調(diào)整采出水的PH值,減少HCO3-、Fe3+、S2-含量,減少采出水中細菌的含量等措施。綜合配套應用防腐蝕材料,提高管網(wǎng)、設(shè)施的抗腐蝕能力,降低后期維護成本,實現(xiàn)油田的效益開發(fā)。
[Abstract]:Through the analysis of the water quality, the mechanism of corrosion and scaling, and the theory of grey correlation analysis, the antiseptic and scale prevention measures are determined, and the water sensitivity is carried out through different water quality in Naner District.The speed sensitivity and core damage test determined the injection standard suitable for the block, combined with the present situation of the South II injection surface technology, the pilot-scale test was adopted, and the field dosing and process optimization were carried out, finally the comprehensive treatment process suitable for the block was determined.The PHs of produced water should be adjusted properly.The concentration of Ca2 in extraction water was reduced.Reduce the content of iron ion.By flocculation adsorption of CaCO3, the content of mechanical impurities in the water was reduced.Some measures such as adding iron-removing agent, fungicides, adjusting PH value of effluent, reducing the content of HCO _ 3-Fe _ 3H _ 2- and reducing the content of bacteria in the produced water were carried out.Comprehensive application of anticorrosive materials to improve the corrosion resistance of pipe networks and facilities, reduce the later maintenance costs, and achieve the benefit of oilfield development.
