【摘要】:鉆井往復(fù)泵是鉆探機(jī)械設(shè)備的重要組成部分,被譽(yù)為鉆機(jī)的心臟,良好的潤(rùn)滑是鉆井往復(fù)泵正常工作的前提。本文對(duì)三缸單作用鉆井泵的潤(rùn)滑系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)與分析。 本文介紹了鉆井往復(fù)泵各運(yùn)動(dòng)摩擦副有關(guān)摩擦、磨損和潤(rùn)滑的基本理論,根據(jù)鉆井往復(fù)泵結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)和功率流向圖,將鉆井往復(fù)泵的潤(rùn)滑系統(tǒng)總體設(shè)計(jì)為由傳動(dòng)端的壓力油循環(huán)潤(rùn)滑系統(tǒng)和液力端的噴淋水循環(huán)潤(rùn)滑冷卻系統(tǒng)兩個(gè)子系統(tǒng)組成。 設(shè)計(jì)了壓力油循環(huán)潤(rùn)滑系統(tǒng)。推導(dǎo)了十字頭滑道摩擦力做功計(jì)算公式,提出了一種十字頭滑道摩擦副潤(rùn)滑油量的近似計(jì)算方法,并用積分法精確計(jì)算驗(yàn)證其可行性和可靠性。對(duì)壓力油循環(huán)潤(rùn)滑系統(tǒng)中潤(rùn)滑油量、齒輪油泵、油箱、管路及其他部件進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算或選型。 設(shè)計(jì)了噴淋水循環(huán)潤(rùn)滑冷卻系統(tǒng)。將壓力油循環(huán)潤(rùn)滑系統(tǒng)中機(jī)體油箱的冷卻水管串聯(lián)接入噴淋水循環(huán)潤(rùn)滑冷卻系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)了結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化,建立了兩個(gè)系統(tǒng)的聯(lián)系。 運(yùn)用一維流體仿真軟件Flowmaster對(duì)壓力油循環(huán)潤(rùn)滑系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了穩(wěn)態(tài)仿真,得到了潤(rùn)滑系統(tǒng)的各元件流量、流速和壓力參數(shù)分布圖,為驗(yàn)證潤(rùn)滑系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)的合理性提供一定的參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Drilling reciprocating pump is an important part of drilling machinery and is called the heart of drilling rig. Good lubrication is the premise of drilling reciprocating pump working normally.The lubrication system of three-cylinder single-acting drilling pump is designed and analyzed in this paper.This paper introduces the basic theory about friction, wear and lubrication of every movement friction pair of drilling reciprocating pump. According to the structure characteristic and power flow chart of drilling reciprocating pump,The overall design of lubrication system of drilling reciprocating pump is composed of two subsystems: the pressure oil circulation lubrication system at the transmission end and the spray water circulation lubrication and cooling system at the hydraulic end.The pressure oil circulating lubrication system is designed.The formula for calculating the friction force of the crosshead slide track is derived, and an approximate method for calculating the amount of lubricating oil in the friction pair of the cross head slide track is proposed. The feasibility and reliability of the formula are verified by the precise calculation of the integral method.The lubricating oil quantity, gear oil pump, oil tank, pipeline and other parts in the pressure oil circulating lubrication system are designed and calculated.The spray water cycle lubricating cooling system is designed.The cooling water pipe of the oil tank in the pressure oil circulating lubrication system is connected in series with the spray water circulation lubricating cooling system, which realizes the optimization of the structure and establishes the connection between the two systems.The steady state simulation of pressure oil circulation lubrication system is carried out by using one-dimensional fluid simulation software Flowmaster. The distribution diagrams of flow rate, flow velocity and pressure parameters of each component of the lubrication system are obtained, which provides a certain reference value for verifying the rationality of the lubrication system design.
