【摘要】：長(zhǎng)輸管道工程具有點(diǎn)多、線(xiàn)長(zhǎng)、施工人員及裝備數(shù)量眾多的特點(diǎn),調(diào)動(dòng)有限的資源,優(yōu)質(zhì)高效完成工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目成為急待解決的問(wèn)題。從工程項(xiàng)目群和工程化管理角度出發(fā),綜合應(yīng)用項(xiàng)目管理和管理學(xué)相關(guān)理論,從資源、技術(shù)及管理3個(gè)維度構(gòu)建了長(zhǎng)輸管道工程建設(shè)的工程化管理模式:通過(guò)建立協(xié)同化組織和大流水施工,實(shí)現(xiàn)管理要素高效;通過(guò)對(duì)項(xiàng)目部?jī)?nèi)外資源的集中調(diào)配,實(shí)現(xiàn)資源要素集成;通過(guò)施工技術(shù)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化和關(guān)鍵技術(shù)協(xié)同創(chuàng)新,實(shí)現(xiàn)技術(shù)要素的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化。工程實(shí)踐結(jié)果表明:工程化管理提高了工程質(zhì)量合格率,降低了施工成本,管理效能顯著,對(duì)解決類(lèi)似"同型、同質(zhì)、同構(gòu)、同時(shí)"項(xiàng)目群管理具有一定的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:Long distance pipeline engineering has the characteristics of many points, long lines, numerous construction personnel and equipment. It is urgent to solve the problem of mobilizing limited resources and completing the construction project with high quality and efficiency.From the point of view of engineering project group and engineering management, this paper synthetically applies relevant theories of project management and management, and from the point of view of resources,The engineering management mode of long-distance pipeline engineering construction is constructed from three aspects of technology and management: by establishing cooperative organization and construction of income, the management elements are highly effective, and the resources inside and outside the project department are centralized allocated.The standardization of technical elements is realized through standardization of construction technology and collaborative innovation of key technologies.The results of engineering practice show that engineering management improves the qualified rate of engineering quality, reduces the construction cost, and the management efficiency is remarkable, which has certain reference significance for solving the problems such as "same type, same quality, same structure, at the same time" project group management.
