CP300海洋鉆井平臺(tái)井架理論計(jì)算與試驗(yàn)分析

【摘要】:CP300海洋鉆井平臺(tái)是渤海裝備遼河重工有限公司自主研發(fā)的新產(chǎn)品,JJ675/52-T井架是CP300海洋鉆井平臺(tái)的重要組成部分,是海洋鉆井平臺(tái)工作中的重要承重和受力部件。井架在設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中,需要對(duì)井架結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行強(qiáng)度、剛度和穩(wěn)定性的受力分析,計(jì)算其在各種工況下桿件的受力情況,判斷其強(qiáng)度、剛度和穩(wěn)定性能否滿足設(shè)計(jì)要求。但由于實(shí)際井架結(jié)構(gòu)較為復(fù)雜,建立有限元模型時(shí)無(wú)法模擬所有細(xì)節(jié),井架制造過(guò)程也存在著材料有缺陷的可能。而理想有限元模型無(wú)法不能真實(shí)描述井架受力特征。因此,井架安裝完成后,一般需要對(duì)新井架進(jìn)行應(yīng)力測(cè)試,驗(yàn)證井架是否滿足要求。本文的研究?jī)?nèi)容主要是對(duì)CP-300自升式海洋鉆井平臺(tái)井架依據(jù)相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行受力分析,考慮各種工作要求和海洋作業(yè)環(huán)境對(duì)井架的影響,對(duì)井架承受的各種載荷進(jìn)行組合,建立井架分析的載荷數(shù)據(jù)模型;利用SACS有限元分析軟件,建立有限元分析模型,對(duì)有限元模型輸入單元特性數(shù)據(jù),進(jìn)行井架的強(qiáng)度和穩(wěn)定性計(jì)算。通過(guò)對(duì)井架各桿件受力結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析,校核井架的強(qiáng)度、剛度和穩(wěn)定性,使井架滿足設(shè)計(jì)要求。井架組裝完成后,再對(duì)井架進(jìn)行最大靜鉤載試驗(yàn),通過(guò)電測(cè)法對(duì)主要構(gòu)件進(jìn)行應(yīng)力應(yīng)變測(cè)試。利用實(shí)際測(cè)試數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)井架進(jìn)行分析計(jì)算,驗(yàn)證井架是否滿足設(shè)計(jì)要求。從理論計(jì)算和實(shí)驗(yàn)測(cè)試兩個(gè)角度對(duì)井架進(jìn)行相互驗(yàn)證,確保井架結(jié)構(gòu)能滿足設(shè)計(jì)要求。
[Abstract]:CP300 offshore drilling platform is a new product developed independently by Bohai equipment Liaohe heavy Industry Co., Ltd. JJ675 / 52-T Derrick is an important part of CP300 offshore drilling platform and an important load-bearing and load-bearing part in the work of offshore drilling platform.In the process of Derrick design, it is necessary to analyze the strength, stiffness and stability of the Derrick structure, calculate the stress of the member under various working conditions, and judge whether the strength, stiffness and stability of the Derrick can meet the design requirements.However, due to the complexity of the actual Derrick structure, it is impossible to simulate all the details when the finite element model is established, and there is the possibility of material defects in the manufacturing process of the Derrick.But the ideal finite element model can not truly describe the mechanical characteristics of Derrick.Therefore, after the Derrick installation is completed, it is generally necessary to test the stress of the new Derrick to verify whether the Derrick meets the requirements.The main research content of this paper is to carry on the force analysis to the Derrick of CP-300 jack-up offshore drilling platform according to the relevant standard, considering the influence of various working requirements and the marine working environment on the Derrick, and combining the various loads which the Derrick bears.The load data model of Derrick analysis is established, and the finite element analysis model is established by using SACS finite element analysis software. The strength and stability of Derrick are calculated by inputting the characteristic data of element to the finite element model.The strength, stiffness and stability of the Derrick are checked by analyzing the stress results of each member of the Derrick, so that the Derrick can meet the design requirements.After the Derrick assembly is completed, the maximum static hook load test is carried out on the Derrick, and the stress and strain of the main components are measured by electrical measurement method.The Derrick is analyzed and calculated with actual test data to verify whether the Derrick meets the design requirements.The Derrick is verified by theoretical calculation and experimental test to ensure that the Derrick structure can meet the design requirements.
