溶氣原油流變性研究及流變模型的建立

【摘要】:本論文以氣/液相平衡理論、熱力學理論、原油流變學理論及其測量技術為基礎,對長慶溶氣原油的物性及流變特性進行了深入的研究。⑴利用自行研制的飽和溶氣原油現場取樣裝置、凝點測量裝置、溶解度測量裝置及流變性測量裝置,對長6、長8飽和溶氣原油的溶氣特性及流變特性進行了研究。實驗結果表明:(1)溶解度:隨著溶氣壓力的升高,飽和溶氣原油的溶解度不斷增大;隨著溫度的升高,其溶解度呈現先增大后減小的趨勢。(2)凝點:隨著熱處理溫度的升高,原油凝點呈現先減小后穩(wěn)定的趨勢,拐點為70℃;同時,隨著溶氣壓力的升高,溶氣原油的凝點不斷降低;另外,低溫下對原油的剪切作用,使得蠟晶難以形成空間網狀結構,導致原油凝點降低。(3)粘度:首先,熱處理溫度的不同,對原油非牛頓流體下的表觀粘度及反常點影響較大,對牛頓流體下的粘度和析蠟點基本沒有影響;其次,隨著溶氣壓力的升高,溶氣原油的粘度降低,且降粘率隨著溶氣量的增大而提高,同時,析蠟點和反常點有所降低;另外,非牛頓流體溫度范圍內對原油的剪切,造成了原油流變性的惡化,使得低溫下原油的表觀粘度有所增加。(4)屈服值:首先隨著溶氣壓力的升高,相同溫度下的溶氣原油屈服值不斷降低,同時,屈服值隨溫度降低而增大的趨勢變緩。⑵在已有數據的基礎上建立了飽和溶氣原油的粘度和溶解度的計算模型,模型的計算值和實驗值偏差在10%以內,可以滿足工程實踐應用。通過上述研究工作,揭示了飽和溶氣原油的溶氣特性和流變特性,為長慶溶氣原油不加熱集輸技術提供了理論依據。
[Abstract]:This paper is based on gas / liquid equilibrium theory, thermodynamics theory, crude oil rheology theory and measurement technology.The physical properties and rheological properties of Changqing dissolved gas crude oil were studied deeply. 1 the field sampling device, freezing point measuring device, solubility measuring device and rheological measuring device of saturated dissolved gas crude oil developed by ourselves were used.The characteristics of dissolved gas and rheological properties of Chang6 and Chang8 saturated dissolved gas crude oil were studied.The experimental results show that the solubility of saturated dissolved gas crude oil increases with the increase of dissolved gas pressure, and the solubility of saturated dissolved gas crude oil increases first and then decreases with the increase of temperature.The freezing point of crude oil decreased first and then stabilized, and the inflection point was 70 鈩,
