川西地區(qū)固井質(zhì)量分析及預(yù)測方法研究

【摘要】:川西地區(qū)地質(zhì)構(gòu)造復(fù)雜,目的層埋藏深,斷層多,地層破碎,導(dǎo)致固井施工難度大,固井質(zhì)量難以保證。又因?yàn)橛绊懝叹|(zhì)量的因素眾多且相互關(guān)聯(lián),因此,為了獲得優(yōu)質(zhì)的固井質(zhì)量,需要對這些影響因素進(jìn)行全面、系統(tǒng)地分析,并建立合理的預(yù)測方法,為固井施工方案的制定提供理論依據(jù)。 本文對地質(zhì)、鉆井、固井和測井資料進(jìn)行了統(tǒng)計(jì)整理,在大量統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)支撐下,建立了主要影響因素與固井質(zhì)量的關(guān)系,并分析了這些影響因素的作用規(guī)律,得到了適用于川西SF地區(qū)的水平井斜井段固井質(zhì)量單一因素評價(jià)集。同時(shí),應(yīng)用灰色理論中的灰色關(guān)聯(lián)度分析法計(jì)算得到了各影響因素的關(guān)聯(lián)度,從而確定了各因素對固井質(zhì)量影響的貢獻(xiàn)值,以此區(qū)分出各個(gè)因素對固井質(zhì)量影響的主次關(guān)系,并獲得了影響川西SF地區(qū)水平井固井因素的控制指標(biāo)。然后,結(jié)合理論研究以及統(tǒng)計(jì)資料,確定了適合川西地區(qū)水平井固井質(zhì)量影響因素的評價(jià)關(guān)系。接著,利用灰色關(guān)聯(lián)度確定了各影響因素對固井質(zhì)量的影響權(quán)重,并通過反復(fù)計(jì)算驗(yàn)證的方法,建立了適合川西地區(qū)水平井固井質(zhì)量預(yù)測評價(jià)的隸屬度集。最后,通過模糊數(shù)學(xué)中的模糊綜合評價(jià)方法,采用“加權(quán)平均型”綜合評價(jià)模型對川西地區(qū)水平井固井質(zhì)量進(jìn)行評價(jià)預(yù)測。 通過統(tǒng)計(jì)分析得到的川西SF地區(qū)水平井斜井段固井單因素評價(jià)集對現(xiàn)場工程師施工具有很強(qiáng)的實(shí)用價(jià)值;由灰色關(guān)聯(lián)度分析法獲得的影響川西地區(qū)水平井固井質(zhì)量各因素的主次關(guān)系對改善川西地區(qū)水平井固井質(zhì)量具有重要意義;模糊綜合評價(jià)法的預(yù)測結(jié)果與真實(shí)固井質(zhì)量符合度較高,說明此方法用于川西地區(qū)水平井固井質(zhì)量預(yù)測效果比較理想。
[Abstract]:The geological structure in western Sichuan is complicated, the target layer is buried deep, the fault is many and the formation is broken, which leads to the difficulty of cementing operation and the difficulty of cementing quality.Because the factors affecting cementing quality are numerous and interrelated, in order to obtain high quality cementing quality, it is necessary to make a comprehensive and systematic analysis of these factors and to establish reasonable prediction methods.It provides a theoretical basis for the formulation of cementing construction scheme.In this paper, the data of geology, drilling, cementing and logging are statistically arranged, and the relationship between the main influencing factors and cementing quality is established under the support of a large number of statistical data, and the action rules of these influencing factors are analyzed.A single factor evaluation set of cementing quality of inclined section of horizontal well in SF area of western Sichuan is obtained.At the same time, the correlation degree of each influencing factor is calculated by using the grey correlation degree analysis method in grey theory, and the contribution value of each factor to cementing quality is determined, and the primary and secondary relationship of each factor to cementing quality is distinguished.The control index of cementing factor of horizontal well in SF area of West Sichuan is obtained.Then, based on the theoretical research and statistical data, the evaluation relationship of the factors affecting the cementing quality of horizontal wells in western Sichuan is determined.Then, the weight of influence factors on cementing quality is determined by using grey correlation degree, and the membership set suitable for predicting and evaluating cementing quality of horizontal wells in western Sichuan is established by the method of repeated calculation and verification.Finally, through the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method in fuzzy mathematics, the "weighted average" comprehensive evaluation model is used to evaluate and predict the cementing quality of horizontal wells in western Sichuan.The single factor evaluation set of horizontal well slope section in SF area of western Sichuan is of great practical value for field engineer construction.The primary and secondary relationships of the factors affecting the cementing quality of horizontal wells in western Sichuan are of great significance to improve the cementing quality of horizontal wells in western Sichuan.The prediction results of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are in good agreement with the true cementing quality, which indicates that the method is more effective in predicting the cementing quality of horizontal wells in western Sichuan.
