射孔井產(chǎn)能預(yù)測方法研究

【摘要】:在射孔完井的優(yōu)化設(shè)計中,射孔參數(shù)對射孔效果的影響是最為顯著的,這些參數(shù)的改變將會在很大程度上決定射孔方案是否成功。運用半解析的方法分別建立了直井、斜井、水平井三種井型的產(chǎn)率比模型,考慮到射孔參數(shù)的復(fù)雜性和不準(zhǔn)確性,建立了各種井型的表皮系數(shù)計算公式。根據(jù)所建立的模型,并用C Sharp開發(fā)了相應(yīng)的集成計算軟件,能對不同射孔參數(shù)條件下直井、定向斜井、水平井的產(chǎn)能進(jìn)行計算,也能針對射穿和未射穿污染帶時射孔參數(shù)對產(chǎn)率比的影響進(jìn)行排序。運用雙因素分析,通過軟件進(jìn)行大量產(chǎn)率比計算,根據(jù)計算數(shù)據(jù)分別得出各個射孔參數(shù)對油氣井產(chǎn)能的影響大小,并且繪制出其與油氣井產(chǎn)能比的關(guān)系圖表,以此為依據(jù)對各種射孔參數(shù)對于產(chǎn)率比的影響進(jìn)行分析?紤]到射孔參數(shù)對套管強度的影響,運用灰色關(guān)聯(lián)法對射孔參數(shù)的影響大小進(jìn)行排序,然后運用優(yōu)劣距離法對射孔參數(shù)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化組合分析,最后通過對于某區(qū)塊地層具體參數(shù)應(yīng)用,結(jié)合所建立的模型和編制的軟件,提出了該區(qū)塊的射孔參數(shù)優(yōu)化設(shè)計方案。
[Abstract]:In the optimal design of perforation completion, the perforation parameters have the most significant effect on the perforation effect, and the change of these parameters will largely determine the success of the perforation scheme.The productivity ratio models of three types of wells, vertical well, inclined well and horizontal well, are established by semi-analytical method. Considering the complexity and inaccuracy of perforation parameters, the formulas for calculating the skin coefficient of various well types are established.According to the established model, the corresponding integrated calculation software is developed with C Sharp, which can calculate the productivity of vertical well, directional inclined well and horizontal well under different perforation parameters.The influence of perforation parameters on the yield ratio can also be sorted.By means of two-factor analysis, a large number of productivity ratios are calculated by software. According to the calculated data, the influence of each perforation parameter on the productivity of oil and gas wells is obtained, and the relationship between the perforation parameters and the productivity ratio of oil and gas wells is drawn.Based on this, the influence of perforation parameters on yield ratio is analyzed.Considering the influence of perforating parameters on casing strength, the grey correlation method is used to sort the influence of perforating parameters, and then the optimal combination analysis of perforation parameters is carried out by using the method of superior and inferior distance.Finally, through the application of the formation parameters of a certain block, combined with the established model and the software, the optimum design scheme of perforation parameters of the block is put forward.
