旋轉(zhuǎn)滑動(dòng)弧耦合催化劑促進(jìn)甲烷干重整制取合成氣的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展依賴能源消耗,化石能源儲(chǔ)備日趨不足,能源供給問(wèn)題日漸嚴(yán)峻。甲烷干重整技術(shù)利用CH4和C02兩種溫室氣體,制成H2和CO合成氣,既能減少化石能源的利用,又能減輕溫室氣體所帶來(lái)的環(huán)境問(wèn)題的壓力,因此近年來(lái)得到廣泛關(guān)注。 文中主要介紹了磁驅(qū)動(dòng)旋轉(zhuǎn)滑動(dòng)弧等離子體放電促進(jìn)甲烷干重整技術(shù),利用高速攝影和示波器,研究了磁場(chǎng)和氣流協(xié)同驅(qū)動(dòng)的滑動(dòng)弧的物理特性。研究結(jié)果表明:添加磁場(chǎng)會(huì)使得滑動(dòng)弧轉(zhuǎn)速提升;總進(jìn)氣流量6L/min,甲烷濃度為30%時(shí)干重整反應(yīng)劇烈,電弧弧長(zhǎng)周期性變化,電弧與電極有多觸點(diǎn)現(xiàn)象,且會(huì)發(fā)生觸點(diǎn)漂移。 實(shí)驗(yàn)還考察了常溫常壓下利用旋轉(zhuǎn)滑動(dòng)弧等離子體促進(jìn)CH4-CO2重整制取合成氣效果,實(shí)驗(yàn)發(fā)現(xiàn),CH4濃度增加,會(huì)使CH4轉(zhuǎn)化率升高,C02轉(zhuǎn)化率先增后減。流量增加,會(huì)使CH4、CO2轉(zhuǎn)化率整體呈下降趨勢(shì)。 自制6%Ni/γ-Al2O3、8%Ni/γ-Al2O3、10%Ni/γ-Al2O3三種不同Ni負(fù)載量催化劑,對(duì)旋轉(zhuǎn)滑動(dòng)弧耦合催化劑促進(jìn)甲烷干重整做了實(shí)驗(yàn)研究。實(shí)驗(yàn)發(fā)現(xiàn)Ni/γ-Al2O3催化劑對(duì)CH4分解有一定的促進(jìn)作用,對(duì)C02分解促進(jìn)作用不明顯。
[Abstract]:Economic development depends on energy consumption, fossil energy reserves are becoming insufficient, and energy supply is becoming more and more serious.Methane dry reforming technology uses CH4 and CO2 to produce H _ 2 and CO syngas, which can reduce the use of fossil energy and reduce the pressure of environmental problems caused by greenhouse gases, so it has been paid more and more attention in recent years.In this paper, the technique of magnetically driven rotating sliding arc plasma discharge to promote methane dry reforming is introduced. The physical characteristics of the sliding arc driven by magnetic field and airflow are studied by using high-speed photography and oscilloscope.The results show that the rotating speed of sliding arc is increased by adding magnetic field, the total inlet flow rate is 6 L / min, the methane concentration is 30%, the reformer reaction is violent, the arc arc length changes periodically, the arc and electrode have multiple contact points, and the contact drift will occur.The effect of CH4-CO2 reforming with rotating sliding arc plasma at room temperature and atmospheric pressure was also investigated. It was found that the increase of Ch _ 4 concentration would increase the conversion of CH4 and then decrease the conversion of C02.With the increase of flow rate, the conversion rate of Ch _ 4 and CO _ 2 will decrease as a whole.Self-made 6%Ni/ 緯 -Al _ 2O _ 3 / Ni / 緯 -Al _ 2O _ 310Ni / 緯 -Al _ 2O _ 3 catalysts with different Ni loading amounts have been experimentally studied for promoting dry reforming of methane with rotating sliding arc coupling catalysts.It was found that Ni/ 緯 -Al 2O 3 catalyst promoted the decomposition of CH4 to some extent, but not to the decomposition of CO2.
