【摘要】：當(dāng)代社會,妥善地處理好資源的開發(fā)利用和生態(tài)環(huán)境的保護(hù)這兩者之間的關(guān)系,已經(jīng)成為了當(dāng)今時(shí)代賦予我們的使命。然而,由于長期以來我國的煤層氣開發(fā)利用企業(yè)普遍采取的是一種簡單粗放式的、不按照自然本身規(guī)律的傳統(tǒng)開發(fā)模式,忽視了對生態(tài)環(huán)境加以保護(hù),使得環(huán)境污染及生態(tài)破壞的程度更加嚴(yán)重。事實(shí)上,煤層氣產(chǎn)業(yè)如何實(shí)現(xiàn)生態(tài)化開發(fā)和利用已成為當(dāng)前社會無法回避的重大課題。當(dāng)前,在國家層面上已經(jīng)提出的建設(shè)生態(tài)文明的理念與調(diào)整優(yōu)化產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的要求,這就為煤層氣產(chǎn)業(yè)的生態(tài)化開發(fā)與利用指明了方向。但目前在學(xué)術(shù)界中對此問題的研究還不夠多,同時(shí)也不夠深入,一些研究成果也只是停留在技術(shù)層面。而對于從整個(gè)煤層氣產(chǎn)業(yè)的系統(tǒng)性的角度出發(fā),特別是從生態(tài)哲學(xué)的角度來研究還較缺乏。煤層氣產(chǎn)業(yè)在我國能源體系的建設(shè)中舉足輕重,已經(jīng)到了必須要轉(zhuǎn)變傳統(tǒng)的發(fā)展方式,努力實(shí)現(xiàn)生態(tài)化開發(fā)利用模式的關(guān)鍵時(shí)期。與此同時(shí),由于它對生態(tài)環(huán)境以及可持續(xù)發(fā)展具有重要的影響,所以進(jìn)一步探索其哲學(xué)理論與實(shí)踐,則具有很強(qiáng)的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文從生態(tài)哲學(xué)的角度對煤層氣產(chǎn)業(yè)進(jìn)行研究,從而為煤層氣產(chǎn)業(yè)的生態(tài)化開發(fā)與利用提供了一個(gè)較為完整的理論基礎(chǔ)。同時(shí)對此進(jìn)行了可行性的分析,以及分別從國家、企業(yè)和社會的角度對煤層氣生態(tài)化開發(fā)利用提出了相關(guān)的措施與建議。在國家層面,需要提供生態(tài)化指導(dǎo)思想,建立生態(tài)化科研機(jī)制,制定生態(tài)化政策法規(guī)；對于煤層氣企業(yè),需要在工藝、文化、管理諸方面實(shí)現(xiàn)生態(tài)化；從社會視角思考,則需要宣傳生態(tài)化思想,加強(qiáng)生態(tài)化教育,形成生態(tài)化意識。由此使得這個(gè)涉及到煤層氣產(chǎn)業(yè)的復(fù)雜而又棘手的難題從而變得簡單和清晰,更加易于解決。
[Abstract]:In contemporary society, properly handling the relationship between the exploitation and utilization of resources and the protection of the ecological environment has become the mission entrusted to us by the present age. For a long time, the coal-bed methane development and utilization enterprises in our country have generally adopted a simple and extensive mode of development, which does not conform to the laws of nature itself, and neglected to protect the ecological environment. In fact, how to realize ecological exploitation and utilization of coalbed methane industry has become a major issue that society cannot avoid. The concept of constructing ecological civilization and the requirement of adjusting and optimizing industrial structure have been put forward at the national level, which has pointed out the direction for the ecological development and utilization of coal-bed methane industry. However, there is not enough research on this issue in academic circles at present. At the same time, it is not deep enough. Some of the research results have only stayed at the technical level. But from the systematic point of view of the entire coal-bed methane industry, In particular, the study from the perspective of ecological philosophy is still lacking. The coal-bed methane industry plays an important role in the construction of China's energy system, and it has come to the point that it is necessary to change the traditional way of development. At the same time, because it has important influence on ecological environment and sustainable development, it further explores its philosophical theory and practice. This paper studies the coalbed methane industry from the perspective of ecological philosophy. Thus, it provides a relatively complete theoretical basis for the ecological development and utilization of the coalbed methane industry. At the same time, the feasibility of the development and utilization of the coal bed methane industry is analyzed. At the national level, it is necessary to provide ecological guiding ideology, establish ecological scientific research mechanism, formulate ecological policies and regulations. We need to realize ecologicalization in the aspects of technology, culture and management, and from the perspective of society, we need to propagate the idea of ecologicalization and strengthen ecological education. The formation of ecological awareness makes this complex and intractable problem involving the coalbed methane industry simple and clear and easier to solve.
