孔隙尺度下巖性分類及參數(shù)粗化

【摘要】:隨著孔隙尺度流動(dòng)模擬研究深入,基于數(shù)字圖像可對(duì)巖石性質(zhì)進(jìn)行模擬計(jì)算,但計(jì)算結(jié)果并不能反映宏觀巖樣性質(zhì),因此急需合理參數(shù)粗化方法.本文建立了孔隙尺度下處理巖性分類以及參數(shù)粗化的一整套方法.對(duì)于巖相學(xué)巖性分類,計(jì)算閔可夫斯基形態(tài)學(xué)函數(shù)值,采用K均值聚類得到水平層理,并通過空間插值和K均值聚類確定出巖石不規(guī)則層理.對(duì)于水動(dòng)力學(xué)巖性分類,計(jì)算逾滲幾何參數(shù),使用有監(jiān)督無監(jiān)督高斯混合模型進(jìn)行分類,分類結(jié)果與連通孔隙結(jié)構(gòu)性質(zhì)匹配良好.基于層狀層理、不規(guī)則層理、水動(dòng)力學(xué)巖性分類結(jié)果提出相應(yīng)參數(shù)粗化公式,計(jì)算局部巖樣滲透率、電導(dǎo)率反推整體巖樣滲透率、電導(dǎo)率.研究結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)基于水動(dòng)力學(xué)巖性分類結(jié)果建立的參數(shù)粗化公式獲得的整體巖樣滲透率、電導(dǎo)率最為準(zhǔn)確.
[Abstract]:With the further study of pore scale flow simulation, the rock properties can be simulated and calculated based on digital image, but the calculated results can not reflect the macroscopic rock sample properties. Therefore, reasonable parameter coarsening method is urgently needed. In this paper, a set of methods for dealing with lithologic classification and parameter coarsening at pore scale are established. For lithological classification, Minkowski morphological function is calculated. Horizontal stratification is obtained by K-means clustering, and rock irregular bedding is determined by spatial interpolation and K-means clustering. For hydrodynamic lithology classification, geometric parameters of percolation are calculated, and supervised and unsupervised Gao Si mixed model is used to classify. Based on stratified stratification, irregular bedding and hydrodynamic lithology classification, the coarsening formula of corresponding parameters is proposed to calculate the permeability of local rock samples and the conductivity back to the permeability of whole rock samples. Conductivity. The results show that the permeability of whole rock sample obtained by coarsening formula based on hydrodynamic lithology classification is the most accurate.
