儲層條件下超臨界二氧化碳與原油體系最小混相壓力研究

【摘要】:注二氧化碳開采原油已經(jīng)成為目前世界范圍內(nèi)特低或超低滲透油田重點采用的提高原油采收率技術(shù),驅(qū)油過程中較為理想的驅(qū)替形態(tài)就是能夠形成二氧化碳混相驅(qū),而最小混相壓力是形成混相驅(qū)關(guān)鍵因素之一,因此快速準(zhǔn)確預(yù)測最小混相壓力是實現(xiàn)混相驅(qū)的重要環(huán)節(jié).通過長細(xì)管驅(qū)替實驗法和多種經(jīng)驗公式法對儲層條件下超臨界二氧化碳與試驗區(qū)原油體系最小混相壓力的預(yù)測進行了研究,并用長細(xì)管驅(qū)替實驗法對各經(jīng)驗公式法測定的結(jié)果進行了誤差分析.研究結(jié)果表明:長細(xì)管驅(qū)替實驗法預(yù)測的最小混相壓力為29.15 MPa;各經(jīng)驗公式法計算得到的最小混相壓力相差較大,預(yù)測最大值為42.60 MPa,最小值為10.34 MPa,平均值為26.83 MPa;對比長細(xì)管驅(qū)替實驗法測得的結(jié)果,各經(jīng)驗公式法預(yù)測的最小混相壓力平均值的相對誤差為7.96%,其中相對誤差最小的是石油采收率研究所提出的PRIⅠ方法,相對誤差為1.26%.
[Abstract]:Carbon dioxide injection has become an important oil recovery enhancement technology in low or ultra-low permeability oil fields worldwide. The ideal displacement pattern in the oil displacement process is to form carbon dioxide miscible flooding. The minimum miscible pressure is one of the key factors in the formation of miscible flooding. Therefore, rapid and accurate prediction of the minimum miscible pressure is an important link in the realization of miscible flooding. The minimum miscible pressure of supercritical carbon dioxide and crude oil system in the test area under reservoir conditions is studied by long pipe displacement experiment method and various empirical formulas. The prediction of force is studied. The error analysis of the results measured by the empirical formula method is carried out with the long tube displacement experiment method. The results show that the minimum miscible pressure predicted by the long tube displacement experiment method is 29.15 MPA and the minimum calculated by each empirical formula method is the minimum. The pressure of miscibility varies greatly. The predicted maximum value is 42.60 MPA, the minimum value is 10.34 MPA, and the average is 26.83 MPA. The relative error of the mean value of the minimum miscible pressure predicted by the empirical formula method is 7.96, among which the least relative error is the PRI 鈪,
