井下電磁閥的非接觸式控制系統(tǒng)

【摘要】:作為一種新型能量傳輸方式,非接觸式耦合傳輸?shù)哪芰堪l(fā)送端和接收端相互獨(dú)立無機(jī)械和電氣連接,但又通過磁場耦合具有能量相關(guān)性;谒倪@些優(yōu)點(diǎn),可將其應(yīng)用于油井下、水下等能量發(fā)送端和接收端不適合直接連接的場合,從而提高系統(tǒng)工作的安全性。目前,地面與井下系統(tǒng)之間的電能傳輸主要使用電纜進(jìn)行。對油井而言,采用該方式時電纜直接連接用電設(shè)備,可能產(chǎn)生電火花而石油又是易燃物,故容易引起爆炸。因此,非接觸式耦合傳輸方式的出現(xiàn)為解決這一難題提供了新思路。本文研制了一種井下電磁閥的非接觸式控制系統(tǒng),主要包括非接觸式電能傳輸系統(tǒng)、非接觸式信號傳輸系統(tǒng)和電磁閥控制電路。其中,非接觸式電能傳輸系統(tǒng)用于給電磁閥供電,當(dāng)?shù)孛嫦到y(tǒng)需要控制井下電磁閥時,控制命令通過非接觸式信號傳輸系統(tǒng)送入井下的電磁閥控制電路中,控制電路再根據(jù)接收的命令使電磁閥與非接觸式電能傳輸系統(tǒng)連接或斷開,從而控制電磁閥的通斷。其中,非接觸式電能傳輸是基于高頻逆變技術(shù),而非接觸式信號傳輸是基于FSK調(diào)制/解調(diào)技術(shù)。本文首先搭建了井下電磁閥的非接觸式控制模擬實(shí)驗(yàn)系統(tǒng),包括移動裝置和初、次級耦合器;然后在此基礎(chǔ)上設(shè)計了用于傳輸電能/信號的電路板和電磁閥控制板,最終實(shí)現(xiàn)了初、次級耦合器相對位置(垂直方向上)在85mm內(nèi)能提供給電磁閥至少50W功率,而其在43mm內(nèi)能提供給電磁閥至少100W功率,同時也實(shí)現(xiàn)了對電磁閥通斷的控制。
[Abstract]:As a new type of energy transmission mode, the energy transmitter and receiver of non-contact coupling transmission are independent of each other without mechanical and electrical connection, but have energy correlation through magnetic field coupling. It can be used under oil wells, underwater energy transmitter and receiver is not suitable for direct connection, thus improving the security of the system. The electric power transmission between ground and downhole system is mainly carried out by cable. For oil wells, if the cable is directly connected to the electric equipment in this way, it may produce electric sparks and oil is flammable, so it is easy to cause explosion. The emergence of non-contact coupling transmission provides a new way to solve this problem. In this paper, a non-contact control system of underground solenoid valve is developed, which mainly includes contactless electric power transmission system. Contactless signal transmission system and solenoid valve control circuit. The contactless power transmission system is used to supply the solenoid valve, when the ground system needs to control the underground solenoid valve, The control command is sent into the control circuit of the solenoid valve downhole through the non-contact signal transmission system. The control circuit connects or disconnects the solenoid valve from the non-contact electric power transmission system according to the received command, thereby controlling the opening and breaking of the solenoid valve. Non-contact power transmission is based on high-frequency inverter technology, while non-contact signal transmission is based on FSK modulation / demodulation technology. Then the circuit board and the solenoid valve control board for transmitting electric energy / signal are designed, and the relative position (vertical direction) of the secondary coupler can provide at least 50W power to the solenoid valve in the 85mm, finally, the relative position of the secondary coupler can supply the solenoid valve with at least 50W power in the 85mm. It can provide at least 100W power to solenoid valve in 43mm, and it also realizes the control of solenoid valve opening and breaking.
