【摘要】：油基鉆屑含有大量的礦物油、乳化劑等化學(xué)藥劑,成分復(fù)雜、處理困難,是頁巖氣等非常規(guī)油氣開發(fā)的環(huán)保難題。為此,設(shè)計(jì)了一套油基鉆屑電磁加熱脫附處理設(shè)備,并進(jìn)行了現(xiàn)場小試試驗(yàn)。通過檢測電磁加熱設(shè)備熱脫附處理后的鉆屑?xì)堅(jiān)吐?分析試驗(yàn)過程中的溫度變化規(guī)律,對設(shè)備處理油基鉆屑的可行性進(jìn)行了初步驗(yàn)證,并在此基礎(chǔ)上優(yōu)化了設(shè)備的主要運(yùn)行參數(shù):溫度、負(fù)荷、時(shí)間。結(jié)果表明:1該電磁加熱脫附處理設(shè)備對于油基鉆屑具有良好的處理效果,處理后殘?jiān)吐实陀?%;2該設(shè)備適用范圍廣,可同時(shí)處理鉆井過程中產(chǎn)生的編織袋、防滲塑料布等其他含油廢物;3處理固控系統(tǒng)振動(dòng)篩出渣(物料A)的最佳條件為溫度375℃、進(jìn)料負(fù)荷15 L/h、時(shí)間45 min;4處理固控系統(tǒng)離心機(jī)出渣(物料B)的最佳條件為溫度350℃、進(jìn)料負(fù)荷20 L/h、時(shí)間50 min;5電磁加熱脫附爐內(nèi)部溫度的波動(dòng)不受設(shè)定溫度的影響,對不同負(fù)荷的物料也均能保證內(nèi)部溫度的穩(wěn)定,具有穩(wěn)定的控制溫度能力和良好的保溫效果。
[Abstract]:Oil based drilling debris contains a large number of mineral oil, emulsifiers and other chemical agents, the composition of complex, difficult to deal with, such as shale gas unconventional oil and gas exploitation of environmental problems.For this reason, a set of oil-based drilling chip electromagnetic heating desorption treatment equipment was designed, and the field test was carried out.By detecting the oil content of drilling chip residue after thermal desorption treatment of electromagnetic heating equipment and analyzing the rule of temperature change during the test, the feasibility of treating oil based drilling chip by the equipment is preliminarily verified.On this basis, the main operating parameters of the equipment are optimized: temperature, load, time.The results show that the electromagnetic heating desorption treatment equipment has a good treatment effect on oil based drilling chips, and the oil content of the residue after treatment is less than 1 / 2.
