【摘要】：針對連續(xù)管作業(yè)機在現(xiàn)場作業(yè)過程中頻繁發(fā)生連續(xù)管溜管、咬傷等問題,提出摩擦系數區(qū)間對連續(xù)管安全夾持的影響研究。利用實驗研究和數值計算相結合的方法,在不同軸向力和夾緊力工況下,研究摩擦系數對連續(xù)管等效應力、等效塑性變形及連續(xù)管位移量的影響。以連續(xù)管屈服強度和2‰塑性變形為評判依據,得出連續(xù)管安全夾持摩擦系數允許區(qū)間為0.4~0.6。該研究為連續(xù)管安全作業(yè)具有一定的指導意義,并為夾持系統(tǒng)設計提供科學依據。
