石油焦高溫催化氣化的可行性研究

【摘要】:低氣化反應(yīng)性是制約石油焦氣化利用的重要因素,為探究石油焦高溫催化氣化的可行性,采用下落式固定床氣化反應(yīng)系統(tǒng),結(jié)合SEM-EDS分析技術(shù),詳細(xì)研究了石油焦在高溫條件下的催化氣化行為。結(jié)果表明:在1400℃下,石油焦與褐煤的氣化反應(yīng)性有15倍之差,富含F(xiàn)e、Ca的氧化物和褐煤灰對石油焦的氣化具有明顯的促進(jìn)作用,可將石油焦的氣化反應(yīng)性提高8倍之多,已接近褐煤的氣化反應(yīng)性;氣化溫度高于煤灰的熔融溫度時,未反應(yīng)碳的存在抑制了礦物質(zhì)熔融,為石油焦高溫催化氣化的發(fā)生提供了可能。石油焦與煤共氣化是改善石油焦高溫氣化反應(yīng)性的有效方法。
[Abstract]:Low gasification reactivity is an important factor restricting the utilization of petroleum coke gasification. In order to explore the feasibility of high temperature catalytic gasification of petroleum coke, a falling fixed-bed gasification reaction system was adopted, combined with SEM-EDS analysis technology. The catalytic gasification behavior of petroleum coke at high temperature was studied in detail.
