黃原膠溶液及其凍膠的流變特性研究

【摘要】:為拓寬黃原膠(XG)的應(yīng)用范圍,采用一種有機(jī)鋯交聯(lián)劑ZW35對(duì)黃原膠溶液進(jìn)行交聯(lián),形成黃原膠凍膠。對(duì)黃原膠溶液及其凍膠的交聯(lián)比、剪切變稀性、粘彈性、觸變性以及耐溫耐剪切性能進(jìn)行了研究。結(jié)果表明,0.2%XG溶液的表觀(guān)黏度為17.5mPa·s,隨著交聯(lián)劑用量的增加,黃原膠凍膠的表觀(guān)黏度先增加后降低,在交聯(lián)劑用量為0.4%時(shí),表觀(guān)黏度達(dá)到較大值200.4mPa·s。黃原膠凍膠的彈性模量G′、黏性模量G″和觸變環(huán)面積均比黃原膠溶液有顯著的提高,表明黃原膠凍膠的網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)強(qiáng)度得到增強(qiáng)。0.2%XG溶液在30℃的表觀(guān)黏度為17.5mPa·s,而黃原膠凍膠(0.2%XG+0.4%ZW35)在80℃、170s~(-1)下剪切90min后的保留黏度仍有82.6mPa·s,耐溫耐剪切性得到提高。黃原膠溶液及其形成的黃原膠凍膠均呈現(xiàn)出剪切變稀特性,其流動(dòng)曲線(xiàn)均可采用非線(xiàn)性共轉(zhuǎn)Jeffreys本構(gòu)方程進(jìn)行表征,各體系的模擬值與實(shí)驗(yàn)值吻合良好。
[Abstract]:In order to widen the scope of application of XG, xanthan gum solution was crosslinked by an organic zirconium crosslinking agent ZW35 to form xanthan gum gel. The crosslinking ratio, shear thinning and viscoelasticity of xanthan gum solution and its gel were studied. The thixotropy and shear resistance of xanthan gel were studied. The results showed that the apparent viscosity of XG solution was 17.5mPa s. With the increase of crosslinking agent, the apparent viscosity of xanthan gel first increased and then decreased, and when the amount of crosslinking agent was 0.4g, the apparent viscosity of xanthan gel first increased and then decreased. The apparent viscosity of xanthan gel was higher than that of xanthan gel. The elastic modulus, viscosity modulus G "and thixotropic ring area of xanthan gel gel were significantly higher than those of xanthan gum solution. The results show that the network structure strength of xanthan gel gel is enhanced. 0.2 XG solution has 17.5mPa s apparent viscosity at 30 鈩,
