【摘要】：針對(duì)基于COSMO-SAC模型分子設(shè)計(jì)方法的準(zhǔn)確性問(wèn)題,采用離子液體脫硫機(jī)理分析和實(shí)驗(yàn)的方法對(duì)其進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證,即對(duì)[HMIM][BF_4]、[HMIM][PF_6]、[BMIM][BF_4]、[BMIM][PF_6]、[EMIM][BF_4]、[EMIM][PF_6]6種離子液體作萃取劑時(shí)的脫硫效果進(jìn)行了脫硫機(jī)理的分析和實(shí)驗(yàn)的驗(yàn)證,得到的脫硫性能排序與離子液體分子設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)果基本一致,且均認(rèn)為[HMIM][PF_6]脫硫率較高。以[HMIM][PF_6]為萃取劑,通過(guò)液相色譜法測(cè)定萃取后的液相組成,考察萃取時(shí)間、萃取溫度、劑油比3個(gè)因素對(duì)脫硫率、分配系數(shù)和選擇性系數(shù)的影響。通過(guò)正交實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)確定了萃取時(shí)間40 min、萃取溫度20℃、劑油比2:1為較優(yōu)操作條件,單次脫硫率為72.74%,四級(jí)萃取可將模型油的含硫量由1200μg·g~(-1)降至6.98μg·g~(-1),符合國(guó)Ⅴ標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the accuracy of molecular design method based on COSMO-SAC model, the mechanism analysis and experimental method of ionic liquid desulfurization were used to verify it. That is, the desulfurization mechanism of [HMIM] [BF_4], [HMIM] [PF_6], [BMIM] [BF_4], [BMIM] [PF_6], [EMIM] [BF_4], [EMIM] [PF_6] six ionic liquids as extractant has been analyzed and verified by experiments. It is considered that [HMIM] [PF_6] desulfurization rate is higher. [HMIM] [PF_6] was used as extractant to determine the composition of liquid phase after extraction by liquid chromatography, and the extraction time, extraction temperature and ratio of solvent to oil were investigated to determine the desulphurization rate.
