【摘要】:油田環(huán)保修井作業(yè)配套集成裝置主要用于油田修井起下管、桿作業(yè)過程中,防止污油污水流落地面,造成井口及周邊環(huán)境污染。本文對(duì)該配套集成裝置的結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的設(shè)計(jì)與分析,闡述了現(xiàn)場作業(yè)工藝流程,通過油田修井作業(yè)現(xiàn)場試驗(yàn),驗(yàn)證了配套裝置設(shè)計(jì)的合理性。油田環(huán)保修井作業(yè)配套集成裝置主要包括輪式集裝箱、污油污水回收裝置以及動(dòng)力與控制系統(tǒng)等三部分?紤]修井作業(yè)井場的布置和設(shè)備搬遷移運(yùn)過程的方便性,將集成技術(shù)應(yīng)用到配套系列裝置的方案設(shè)計(jì)中,采用模塊化方式進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),模塊之間的聯(lián)接管線在現(xiàn)場作業(yè)實(shí)施前進(jìn)行連接,等作業(yè)完成后拆離管線然后裝入輪式集裝箱,能保證搬遷時(shí)的整備性。在輪式集裝箱頂部及四周開設(shè)有集裝箱門組件,便于各模塊的裝載與搬卸,在污油污水收集裝置中設(shè)有兩個(gè)10kW電加熱器,避免儲(chǔ)液箱內(nèi)油污因氣溫較低時(shí)流動(dòng)性變差而難以排出的問題。在動(dòng)力系統(tǒng)中設(shè)有專用液壓站,用于驅(qū)動(dòng)油管原油自吸裝置與油管貓道清潔裝置,在液壓站上還設(shè)有備用接口,用于后期功能擴(kuò)展?刂葡到y(tǒng)通過PLC程序控制,主要用于實(shí)現(xiàn)加熱器、液壓泵、吸入泵、輸送泵的啟、?刂啤⒁缌鏖y的加載與卸荷控制以及換向閥的換向控制。應(yīng)用有限元分析軟件,模擬輪式集裝箱車架在滿載彎曲與滿載扭轉(zhuǎn)工況時(shí)的受力情況,進(jìn)行了靜力學(xué)分析,在自由模態(tài)下對(duì)車架進(jìn)行了動(dòng)力學(xué)分析,對(duì)輪式集裝箱車軸進(jìn)行了垂直彎曲剛度與垂直彎曲靜強(qiáng)度分析。在油田修井作業(yè)現(xiàn)場進(jìn)行了配套裝置的拆卸安裝與裝載試驗(yàn)、液壓系統(tǒng)控制試驗(yàn)以及污油污水回收裝置收集與加熱試驗(yàn),現(xiàn)場試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明油田環(huán)保修井作業(yè)配套集成裝置具有良好的環(huán)保性能,鋪設(shè)防滲布后,能保證作業(yè)原油100%不落地。
[Abstract]:The integrated equipment for environmental protection workover in oil field is mainly used in oil field workover to raise and down the pipe and in the process of rod operation to prevent the polluted oil from flowing down the surface. This paper gives a detailed design and analysis of the structure of the integrated equipment, expounds the field operation process, and passes the field test of the workover operation in the oil field. The rationality of the matching device design is verified. The integrated equipment for oil field environmental protection workover mainly includes wheeled container. Considering the layout of the workover well site and the convenience of the equipment removal and transportation process, the integrated technology is applied to the scheme design of the supporting series of equipment, which includes three parts: the recovery device for sewage oil and the power and control system, and so on, considering the layout of the workover well site and the convenience of the equipment removal and transportation process. The connection pipeline between the modules is connected before the implementation of the field operation. After the operation is completed, the pipeline is removed and loaded into the wheeled container. The container door assembly is arranged on the top of and around the wheel container to facilitate the loading and unloading of each module, and there are two 10kW electric heaters in the sewage water collection device. To avoid the problem that the oil pollution in the tank is difficult to be discharged because of the poor fluidity when the temperature is low. A special hydraulic station is set up in the power system to drive the tubing crude oil self-priming device and the tubing cat road cleaning device, and the hydraulic station is also provided with a spare connection. For later function expansion. The control system is controlled by PLC program, mainly used to realize the start and stop control of heater, hydraulic pump, suction pump, transportation pump, The loading and unloading control of the relief valve and the reversing control of the directional valve are carried out. The static analysis of the wheel container frame under full load bending and full load torsion is carried out by using the finite element analysis software. The dynamic analysis of the frame is carried out under the free mode, the vertical bending stiffness and the vertical bending static strength of the wheel container axle are analyzed. The control test of hydraulic system and the collection and heating test of waste water recovery device show that the integrated equipment for environmental protection workover in oil field has good environmental protection performance. After laying the impermeable cloth, 100% crude oil can not fall to the ground.
