油庫分布式油料定量裝車系統(tǒng)研究與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:油庫每日承載著大量的油品載入和輸出,是一個(gè)國家能源流通的重要中間環(huán)節(jié),關(guān)系著國家和人民的生命財(cái)產(chǎn)安全。傳統(tǒng)發(fā)油模式自動(dòng)化程度低,操作不規(guī)范,作業(yè)效率低,少有做到四配比發(fā)油。融入自動(dòng)控制技術(shù)的發(fā)油模式雖提高了自動(dòng)化程度,但系統(tǒng)對服務(wù)器依賴較高,系統(tǒng)中一個(gè)部分出現(xiàn)問題,整個(gè)系統(tǒng)將無法工作;谝陨蠁栴},研究并實(shí)現(xiàn)了油庫分布式油料定量裝車系統(tǒng),提高了油庫發(fā)油自動(dòng)化水平,確保了油庫安全高效作業(yè),保障了油庫監(jiān)控管理有序進(jìn)行。油庫分布式油料定量裝車系統(tǒng)采用分布式結(jié)構(gòu),做到分散控制統(tǒng)一管理;運(yùn)用信息儲(chǔ)存及處理、智能調(diào)速和電路設(shè)計(jì)等技術(shù),設(shè)計(jì)了以ARM處理器為控制核心的集監(jiān)控、四配比發(fā)油、查詢、自檢等為一體的付油儀;融合微機(jī)原理與控制理論及數(shù)據(jù)庫操作技術(shù),基于Windows form設(shè)計(jì)軟件,設(shè)計(jì)了集監(jiān)控、查詢、管理、自檢等為一體的管理機(jī)。實(shí)現(xiàn)了兼有脫機(jī)模式、直控模式和聯(lián)機(jī)模式三種控制模式的油庫分布式油料定量裝車系統(tǒng)。油庫分布式油料定量裝車系統(tǒng)由于兼有三個(gè)控制模式系統(tǒng),并且一臺(tái)管理機(jī)可同時(shí)控制管理多達(dá)32臺(tái)付油儀同時(shí)工作,可滿足不同規(guī)模油庫不同的發(fā)油控制管理需求,具有普遍適用性。通過在實(shí)際工況下以付油儀計(jì)數(shù)的87套系統(tǒng)的實(shí)際應(yīng)用情況看,沒有出現(xiàn)測量不準(zhǔn)確,復(fù)位等系統(tǒng)問題。油庫油料定量裝車系統(tǒng)在實(shí)際應(yīng)用中運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定性、準(zhǔn)確性好,有效的提高了油庫發(fā)油作業(yè)的控制管理效率。
[Abstract]:The oil depot carries a large amount of oil loading and output every day. It is an important intermediate link in the energy circulation of a country, which is related to the life and property safety of the country and the people. The traditional oil distribution mode is of low automation, non-standard operation and low operational efficiency. Although the mode of oil production with automatic control technology improves the degree of automation, but the system is highly dependent on the server, the whole system will not work because of a problem in one part of the system. The distributed oil loading system of oil depot is studied and realized. The automatic level of oil distribution in oil depot is improved, and the safe and efficient operation of oil depot is ensured. The distributed quantitative loading system of oil depot adopts distributed structure, achieves decentralized control and unified management, uses technologies such as information storage and processing, intelligent speed regulation and circuit design, etc. This paper designs an oil feeder with ARM processor as the core of control, four matching oil sending, inquiry, self-checking and so on, integrates the principle of microcomputer, control theory and database operation technology, and designs the set monitoring and query based on Windows form design software. Management, self-inspection and so on as an integral part of the management machine. Distributed quantitative loading system for oil depot with three control modes of direct control mode and on-line mode. And a single management machine can control and manage up to 32 oil payers simultaneously, which can meet the requirements of different oil distribution control management in different scale oil storage. Through the practical application of 87 sets of systems counted by oil feeder under actual working conditions, there are no system problems such as inaccurate measurement and reset, etc. The oil loading system of oil depot is stable in practical application. Good accuracy, effectively improve the control and management efficiency of oil depot operation.
