基于擴(kuò)展毛管數(shù)理論的化學(xué)驅(qū)相滲曲線研究

【摘要】:為了體現(xiàn)潤(rùn)濕性和孔隙結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)表活劑驅(qū)滲流特征的影響,在傳統(tǒng)毛管數(shù)理論的基礎(chǔ)上,通過(guò)物理模擬與數(shù)學(xué)處理相結(jié)合,提出了低滲透油藏包含潤(rùn)濕性和孔隙結(jié)構(gòu)特征的擴(kuò)展毛管數(shù)理論模型,并通過(guò)試驗(yàn)獲得了不同低滲巖心對(duì)應(yīng)的擴(kuò)展毛管數(shù)與殘余油飽和度,繪制了兩者之間的關(guān)系圖版,據(jù)此建立了基于擴(kuò)展毛管數(shù)的相滲曲線非線性處理方法,并進(jìn)行了油藏工程應(yīng)用。研究表明,擴(kuò)展毛管數(shù)理論能夠體現(xiàn)出低滲透油藏中潤(rùn)濕性和孔隙結(jié)構(gòu)的影響,而低滲透油藏化學(xué)驅(qū)油需要降低界面張力和改變儲(chǔ)層潤(rùn)濕性的共同作用。擴(kuò)展毛管數(shù)與殘余油飽和度具有非線性遞減函數(shù)關(guān)系,并只有當(dāng)其超過(guò)臨界值時(shí),殘余油飽和度才會(huì)隨其增加而大幅度地下降。基于擴(kuò)展毛管數(shù)的殘余油飽和度非線性表征方法,與實(shí)驗(yàn)計(jì)算結(jié)果吻合很好。低滲透油藏化學(xué)驅(qū)相滲曲線處理新方法能夠體現(xiàn)潤(rùn)濕性的影響和表活劑體系的驅(qū)替特征,為低滲透油藏化學(xué)驅(qū)油藏工程和數(shù)值模擬研究提供了依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In order to reflect the influence of wettability and pore structure on percolation characteristics of surface active agent flooding, based on the traditional capillary number theory, the physical simulation and mathematical treatment are combined. A theoretical model of extended capillary number including wettability and pore structure characteristics in low permeability reservoirs is proposed. The corresponding extended capillary numbers and residual oil saturation of different low permeability cores are obtained by experiments, and the relationship between them is plotted. Based on this, the nonlinear processing method of phase permeability curve based on extended capillary number is established and applied in reservoir engineering. The research shows that the theory of extended capillary number can reflect the influence of wettability and pore structure in low permeability reservoir. However, chemical flooding in low permeability reservoirs needs to reduce the interfacial tension and change the wettability of the reservoir. The extended capillary number and residual oil saturation have a nonlinear decline function, and only when it exceeds the critical value, The residual oil saturation decreases significantly with the increase of residual oil saturation. The nonlinear characterization method of residual oil saturation based on extended capillary number is presented. The new treatment method of chemical flooding phase and permeability curve in low permeability reservoir can reflect the effect of wettability and the displacement characteristics of surface active agent system, which provides a basis for the engineering and numerical simulation of chemical flooding reservoir in low permeability reservoir.
