投球式井下智能分控開關(guān)系統(tǒng)的研制及功能試驗(yàn)

【摘要】:為了降低分層采油中的生產(chǎn)維護(hù)成本,結(jié)合無線射頻和單片機(jī)技術(shù),研制了一種投球式井下智能分控開關(guān)控制系統(tǒng),并在室內(nèi)對其進(jìn)行了功能試驗(yàn)。在分析各類井下開關(guān)系統(tǒng)優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上,明確了研制思路:在地面通過投入信號小球的方式來實(shí)時(shí)靈活地控制井下目標(biāo)油層開關(guān)閥的開啟/關(guān)閉,實(shí)現(xiàn)對目標(biāo)油層的有效控制。確定了總體設(shè)計(jì)方案:在油管內(nèi)先后投入2個(gè)信號小球,先投入的信號小球用于井下控制系統(tǒng)的喚醒,后投入的信號小球攜帶開啟/關(guān)閉目標(biāo)油層開關(guān)閥的指令,用于控制目標(biāo)層位開關(guān)。室內(nèi)模擬試驗(yàn)表明,投入喚醒信號小球后井下控制器由待機(jī)模式變?yōu)楣ぷ髂J?投入油層控制信號小球后,各目標(biāo)油層開關(guān)閥能按預(yù)定指令正確開/關(guān),各層通信、開關(guān)控制均滿足設(shè)計(jì)要求。研究認(rèn)為,研制的井下智能分控開關(guān)系統(tǒng)能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)對目標(biāo)油層的有效控制和降低油層間的干擾,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)分層采油、提高采收率。
[Abstract]:In order to reduce the cost of production and maintenance in stratified oil production, a kind of downhole intelligent split-control switch control system is developed, which combines the technology of radio frequency and single-chip computer. On the basis of analyzing the merits and demerits of all kinds of downhole switching systems, It is clear that the research idea is to control the opening / closing of the downhole target oil layer switch valve in real time and flexibly by putting the signal ball on the ground. To realize the effective control of the target reservoir, the overall design scheme is determined: two signal balls have been put into the tubing, and the first signal balls have been used to awaken the downhole control system. The signal ball carried the instruction of opening / closing the switch valve of the target oil layer, which is used to control the target layer switch. The indoor simulation test shows that the downhole controller of the small ball after the wake-up signal is changed from standby mode to working mode. After putting into the reservoir control signal ball, each target oil layer switch valve can turn on / off correctly according to the predetermined instruction, each layer communication and switch control all meet the design requirements. The developed downhole intelligent split-switch system can effectively control the target reservoir and reduce the interlayer interference, so as to realize the stratified oil recovery and improve the recovery efficiency.
